“Had a lovely dinner here for my friend's bachelorette! We had reservations for our group of 7 and were seated next to the wood oven. The restaurant had sweet farmhouse vibes and the service was so personal. I had the best gin & tonic of my life - it had cucumber, tomatoes, and dill in it and it was so earthy! We ordered the meatballs, the fennel salad, and roasted beet salad to share amongst the table. All of which were delicious. Then we ordered 3 pizzas and 1 vegan pizza (black forrest) for the table. I can only speak for the black forrest vegan pizza, but those roasted mushrooms were delicious and I know everyone else enjoyed their meal. I definitely recommend having a meal with friends at the Ransom Tavern.“

“We had such a fantastic meal here last night. The folks were all warm and kind, the food was delicious with some creative touches but felt down to earth. The rack of lamb with za’atar was delicious, the pomegranate sauce was just the right combination of creative and simple. I will be dreaming about the extra buttery potatoes. “Good ambience and the food was nice too. My only suggestion would be to honor the requested spice level, especially when you specifically ask customers for it. We asked for spicy, but the food still came out quite mild, and it’s not just my Indian taste buds saying that, because even my toddler was able to eat it! It worked out well for us in the end, though. Overall, I am glad to see a good Indian restaurant in Lebanon.“

Very attentive and yet chill vibe. 10/10 experience and they were very graciously accommodating about us having our well behaved dog with us. They might not have dog water bowls, but I would still call them pet friendly.“

“OK – nobody’s probably going to believe this, but I am from Atlanta Georgia and was visiting Quechee with a few friends – I’ve been there before, but never been to the Skinny Pancake. I went in to get a latte to go and my friend just about crashed the car when I yelled “Oh my God” while drinking it in her passenger seat. She said, “what’s wrong?” and I said “nothing‘s wrong, everything’s right – this is the best latte I have had in years!!” And too bad we were on our way out of town! “My boyfriend and I are from out of town and decided to eat here. I don't exaggerate when I say it's the best bang-for-our buck restaurant we've stayed at in our 3 and a half years of being together. Super cheap, but the food is rich, flavorful, and beautifully spiced. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff is polite and observant. I highly recommend it.“
