My friend and I came up for a girl’s weekend and we loved it here! Comfy and cozy, and quiet too. The fireplace in the room was the icing on the cake! And they hand a wonderful breakfast buffet. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend coming here!

The inn itself is beautiful. Old world charm with beautiful public rooms and architecture. We were disappointed in our room however, which was in serious need of a makeover. Drab and dated.

The Norwich Inn is a lovely establishment with a warm and inviting atmosphere. This historic inn offers a variety of food options, including a wonderful breakfast buffet and delicious coffee, along with its own brewed beers like the exceptional Heady Topper. Guests can enjoy a quiet dining area, perfect for conversations, or relax in comfy and cozy rooms featuring fireplaces. The staff is kind, helpful, and delightful, providing great advice for local activities. While the continental breakfast is basic and not included, the inn’s clean rooms, awesome location next to a general store, and friendly service make it a highly recommended stay. The Ivy Lodge remains warm and inviting, adding to the inn’s charm. This quaint B&B is perfect for visitors looking for comfort and security in a bucolic VT town. It is known for its friendly staff and great value for the rate. Although it is an old building without elevators or fridges in the rooms, the accommodations are excellent. The inn is also a great base for those attending classes nearby, with staff willing to assist guests by storing items in fridges or freezers.
