“We had such a fantastic meal here last night. The folks were all warm and kind, the food was delicious with some creative touches but felt down to earth. The rack of lamb with za’atar was delicious, the pomegranate sauce was just the right combination of creative and simple. I will be dreaming about the extra buttery potatoes. We sat on the patio and got a relaxed atmosphere. The waiter, Vigo, was a rockstar. Can’t wait to return!”

“The soft pretzels with mustard dipping sauce were good. The french fries with aïoli were quite good as well. The French onion soup was well seasoned, caramelized onions without being overdone. The pesto pasta was quite flavorful without being overbearing. The flatbread margarita pizza was quite good with a balsamic reduction sauce on it. The Caesar salad dressing was adequate. They tolerated our kids well. The ice cream and sorbet seemed good as well. The vegetarian potstickers were quite flavorful and crispy.”

“The food here is so amazing! The first time we went, we tried several appetizers, and the second we got another different one, so I think I've tried nearly all of them. I especially love the tuna tostones and the yuca fritas. The masitas de puerco was so flavorful and a large portion. Their ropa vieja is perfection. We are looking forward to returning soon!”

“There is a gluten alert on the website stating that there are some gluten sensitive options. This leads one to believe there may be gluten sensitive donuts or at least Pastries. No, we were guided to the refrigerator case for Gluten sentsative options. My niece saw this on TikTok. This was literally the reason we planned an entire day in Woodstock and it was beyond disappointing to find that the Gluten sensitive options were not even remotely close to a donut. So that being said, if you're GF and are OK with other options, great. However, if you are GF and think there will be a pastry here for you, please don't get your hopes up.”

“This place was out of this world! We (my son and I) have multiple food allergies to gluten and dairy and the chef/owner was very knowledgeable and understood cross contamination. He was extremely helpful and took good care of our allergies. The bulk of the menu was safe for us except for fried items, meat patties and a couple of pasta dishes. It is a tiny place - take out and a few tables for dine in. The food was phenomenal- worthy of any fine dining establishment. Ample portions at very reasonable prices. My son and I had chicken and goat curry. My husband had a special of the day, half chicken melt in your mouth with a delectable sauce and locally grown carrots nicely herbed. He sampled the meat patties as well which he said were great. Everything came with delicious rice and peas as well as slaw. Beautifully presented. All of the meat was super soft and the sauces were nicely spiced and flavorful. We took food to go as well for the next day it was so good. We live 1.5 hours away, but we will definitely be making a return pilgrimage a couple of times in the coming months to once again sample the best Caribbean food we have ever eaten! Great restaurant, great food, wonderful chef/owners!”

“I had the pleasure of dining here while on a work trip. I sat outside to enjoy the amazing weather but the inside looked very welcoming. Welcomed with a smile from all of the staff. Gary was great at telling me about the dishes and a little Thyme history. Food was delightful, perfectly seasoned and fresh. Make sure you save room for dessert and if you didn’t like me and they have bread pudding grab one to go. You won’t be disappointed! Hope to see you next Thyme!!!”
