“Beautiful historic inn with a warm and inviting atmosphere. We stayed in the Ivy Lodge and loved the fireplace! Room was very warm and clean. Staff was kind and helpful. We didn't eat in, but the coffee was delicious.”

“Outstanding service by Winston! He made our night with his caring, sweet disposition. We came for our 20th anniversary celebration and the meal was very very good. You can tell that the chef knows what the heck he’s doing with the combination of flavors in the dishes and also desserts! The man behind the bar was super friendly. There was an overall feeling of being very well cared for by the staff! (The only reason I’m giving it four stars is because the fabrics in the booths were very stained and soiled & the windows needed attention.) We would definitely eat here again!”

“Wonderful bakery with amazing treats and food. These might be the most delicious baked goods on earth. Gluten free almond cloud cookies have lemon zest, a slightly crunchy outside and light heavenly almond paste inside .. absolutely phenomenal and gluten free! Their homemade marshmallows are delicious and also gluten free.There is a wide assortment of high quality baking supplies and or course King Arthur ingredients and box kits ... Including gluten free brownie mix and cornbread mix amongst other mixes ...Nice bathrooms .. but every stall was out of toilet paper so 1-star off service. The lines were insanely long.Really beautiful atmosphere, excellent place to stop on a trip or to meet friends.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free”

“I've been here numerous times over the years and generally liked it. However, our group was generally disappointed with our dinners and certainly didn't warrant the prices charged. The $40 filet mignon was well past the requested medium rare, pretty tough, and lacked flavor. The Thai salad ($27 I think) was mostly soggy vegetables on pasta.”

The food is surprisingly good Chicken liver mousse 5/5: It was fantastic and was a great shareable portion, had to keep the bread flowing for it. A must try Salmon 4/5: Very solid dish and cooked to preserve the moistness of the fish- would recommend Short rib 3.5/5: was good as well but out of all the dishes I would not put it as great as the others Ambiance/ Service: A little dark inside for me as it's not and only lit restaurant but depending where you sit the lighting can be slightly awkward for ambiance or photos. “My husband and I are frequent flyers at Pim's. Everything we've tried on the menu is absolutely fab. The service is always fast and friendly. I recommend the Tom Kha soup, panang curry, beef Pho, and anything with duck. Plus, they have sake!”

“Wow, what a fantastic taco place! Driving through the area, was looking for something quick, so so glad we stopped here. We got the carnitas, shrimp, cod, and chicken tacos. The street style and taqueria style were both good. Fresh tortillas!! Yes!! The shrimp and carnitas were incredible. Definitely recommend and looking forward to coming back sometime soon”

“Had a lovely dinner at Thyme tonight and was so glad we selected this restaurant to go out for a special meal with two hard of hearing family members. The space is beautiful with large windows *and yet it's not chilly* and tables are not too close together. The sound level was reasonable so even my very hard of hearing mother-in-law could participate in our dinner conversation. The food was excellent and the service impeccable. Our server was wonderfully attentive and even made lemonade for my mother-in-law even though it was not available on the menu. Artichoke fritters - 5/5 delicious and light appetizer Garlic fries - 5/5 crisp and just the right amount of seasoning with an aoili dip Pear salad - 5*/5 arugula, pear, dried cherries, and we substituted goat cheese for the bleu cheese (which our waitress agreed with!) - super delicious, light, fresh, and I would be happy to go back just to have this salad! Scallop entree - 4/5 four nice sized scallops on a bed of black rice with asian flavorings Meat loaf - I didn't get to taste this one but my mother-in-law very much enjoyed it and almost finished it all which is saying a lot for a small eater Steak - 5/5 ordered two of these, both done medium rare, tender, large portions (neither of us finished ours), with a tasty sauce on top and mushrooms/onions/potatoes on the side, served with baby carrots (which I do not prefer) so asked for green beans which they gladly substituted. Chocolate cake for dessert 5/5 - their variation of a whoopie pie made with Stout beer to lighten up the cake - ice cream sandwiched in between two pieces of cake and topped with whipped cream. Yum! We will definitely come here again!”

“Pho is really outstanding. Nothing in this area comes close, and it's better than pho I've had at Vietnamese places in Boston and San Francisco. It's one size, not a huge portion but damn it's good. The curry dishes are all delicious. Haven't had the banh mi, but the house sandwich is very tasty. Chicken satay is tender and pounded really thin. The spring rolls are crunchy and made fresh to order. To the reviewer who said the pad thai was not authentic: it's tasty and looks like what Pai made in her Hot Thai Kitchen video. It's not a gloopy brick of orange noodles, which is what Americanized pad thai seems to have become. Having said that, if you really want Thai food there are some good Thai restaurants just over the river in the Hanover/West Lebanon area. I'm partial to Pim's Thai Orchid, but there are several to choose from.”

Looking forward to returning.Vegetarian options: I love vegetables and frequently prefer vegetarian options. There are a multitude of diverse and flavorful options here. Though not everything on the menu is vegetarian, there is nothing so far that I haven't liked and from the descriptions I'd be willing to try just about everything on the menu. Unlike most restaurants where I'm lucky to find more than one option of interest, here almost everything looks and sounds absolutely fantastic. So far the flavors have been as good or better than the descriptionsParking: Depending on the time of day or other events going on in the area, parking can be limited. Plenty of extra parking on the other side of the train tracks if you are willing to walk”

“so we have been driving by for years and finally timing worked to stop. I love a crepe. anyway...... once you get past the weirdness of ordering and understanding the flow; the food that comes out is INSANE. I had the Noah's ark and my husband had the breakfast Sammy. it is by far one of my favorite breakfasts and my husband said the best breakfast sandwich he has ever had. the last one he had that took that spot was years ago at a diner that we have never found again by mystic. bacon comes EXACTLY as you order. eggs perfectly prepared for each requested type home fries= flawless. service was super helpful and kind. we made a mistake on the bread types and they remade my husband's ENTIRE plate. classy behavior”

“This place is the best Indian food in the upper valley and it's not even close. Has a pretty large and diverse menu.My top recommendation here is to go for the curries. The lamb shahi korma is amazing. I also love the pakoras they make.Be aware that it is take-out only, there is no dine-in option here. Honestly the only complaint I could have here is that the parking is limited to only like 5 spaces, which can be challenging if they're busy.That being said, my food has always been ready on time. They keep accurate to the estimate the online ordering gives you.”
