“I had the pleasure of dining here while on a work trip. I sat outside to enjoy the amazing weather but the inside looked very welcoming. Welcomed with a smile from all of the staff. Gary was great at telling me about the dishes and a little Thyme history. Food was delightful, perfectly seasoned and fresh. Make sure you save room for dessert and if you didn’t like me and they have bread pudding grab one to go. You won’t be disappointed! Hope to see you next Thyme!!!”

“We were in VT for our honeymoon & found Elixir by chance - so glad we did. It's a beautiful little restaurant with creative cocktails. From the bread to the entrees, everything was fresh and delicious. Our server, Tony, was kind, providing excellent service (he even gave us great recommendations for the rest of our time in VT). Perfect spot for a date night.”

I've eaten here many times, on my way to and from the VA. I've had one experience with a rather angry worker, but aside from that it's been fine.

I've never used the bathroom here, so I can't comment on that. I typically eat in my vehicle rather than eat inside.

Bonus: the folks working at the gas station have always been pleasant.”

“OK – nobody’s probably going to believe this, but I am from Atlanta Georgia and was visiting Quechee with a few friends – I’ve been there before, but never been to the Skinny Pancake. I went in to get a latte to go and my friend just about crashed the car when I yelled “Oh my God” while drinking it in her passenger seat. She said, “what’s wrong?” and I said “nothing‘s wrong, everything’s right – this is the best latte I have had in years!!” And too bad we were on our way out of town! VERY fresh and creamy and flavorful with just milk- nothing else! I will be back!! ❤️ So delicious and somebody there is a terrific barista! Kelly T.”

“It was ok a typical Dunkin Donuts. But to wait 20 minutes for coffee and donuts is insane. There is no orginization at this one. Manager never tried to help just stared at the order screen. I won't go back to that one.”

“There is a gluten alert on the website stating that there are some gluten sensitive options. This leads one to believe there may be gluten sensitive donuts or at least Pastries. No, we were guided to the refrigerator case for Gluten sentsative options. My niece saw this on TikTok. This was literally the reason we planned an entire day in Woodstock and it was beyond disappointing to find that the Gluten sensitive options were not even remotely close to a donut. So that being said, if you're GF and are OK with other options, great. However, if you are GF and think there will be a pastry here for you, please don't get your hopes up.”

“The food here is so amazing! The first time we went, we tried several appetizers, and the second we got another different one, so I think I've tried nearly all of them. I especially love the tuna tostones and the yuca fritas. The masitas de puerco was so flavorful and a large portion. Their ropa vieja is perfection. We are looking forward to returning soon!”
