“I was here with my grandson during a very busy lunch shift. He wanted to eat inside so we ordered using the kiosk and he customized his cheeseburger. I imagined it would take forever, and was very impressed when the server brought him his food really quickly. I could here the manager in the back encouraging her team and praising their job well done.”

From the bread to the entrees, everything was fresh and delicious. Our server, Tony, was kind, providing excellent service (he even gave us great recommendations for the rest of our time in VT). “Last night we went to Jesses o celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary! I had called for some special accommodations I wanted. They did a fabulous job with our booth (which I requested for privacy and low noise level. It was a perfect booth! I had requested champaign be on the table in ice and chilled glasses. Candles were another request. The table was perfect and beautiful. Very romantic! My Huband's gift was delivered to the restaurant. It was sitting on the shelf behind the table. Perfect! The Managers and staff were excellent! A shout out to Tiffany and Abbey(manager). So very pleasant and accommodating. We have never had such excellent service. We have to many 4/5 star restaurants in our 50 years together (actually 52 if you count our courtship) LOL! So, congratulations on a job well done. Everyone (seemed to know about it) Even other patrons came by our table and congratulated us! e were truly made to feel special. I highly recommend Jesses for celebrations, or just a fabulous meal. They usually have live music in the bar area on the weekend nights. Which is where we usually sit for the comradery. . Always someone interesting to strike up a conversation with, sitting right next to you. Jesses is the place to be!”

Very attentive and yet chill vibe. 10/10 experience and they were very graciously accommodating about us having our well behaved dog with us. They might not have dog water bowls, but I would still call them pet friendly.”

“I had the pleasure of dining here while on a work trip. I sat outside to enjoy the amazing weather but the inside looked very welcoming. Welcomed with a smile from all of the staff. Gary was great at telling me about the dishes and a little Thyme history. Food was delightful, perfectly seasoned and fresh. Make sure you save room for dessert and if you didn’t like me and they have bread pudding grab one to go. You won’t be disappointed! Hope to see you next Thyme!!!”

“The food here is so amazing! The first time we went, we tried several appetizers, and the second we got another different one, so I think I've tried nearly all of them. I especially love the tuna tostones and the yuca fritas. The masitas de puerco was so flavorful and a large portion. Their ropa vieja is perfection. We are looking forward to returning soon!”

“This place was out of this world! We (my son and I) have multiple food allergies to gluten and dairy and the chef/owner was very knowledgeable and understood cross contamination. He was extremely helpful and took good care of our allergies. The bulk of the menu was safe for us except for fried items, meat patties and a couple of pasta dishes. It is a tiny place - take out and a few tables for dine in. The food was phenomenal- worthy of any fine dining establishment. Ample portions at very reasonable prices. My son and I had chicken and goat curry. My husband had a special of the day, half chicken melt in your mouth with a delectable sauce and locally grown carrots nicely herbed. He sampled the meat patties as well which he said were great. Everything came with delicious rice and peas as well as slaw. Beautifully presented. All of the meat was super soft and the sauces were nicely spiced and flavorful. We took food to go as well for the next day it was so good. We live 1.5 hours away, but we will definitely be making a return pilgrimage a couple of times in the coming months to once again sample the best Caribbean food we have ever eaten! Great restaurant, great food, wonderful chef/owners!”
