We were in VT for our honeymoon & found Elixir by chance - so glad we did. It's a beautiful little restaurant with creative cocktails. From the bread to the entrees, everything was fresh and delicious. Our server, Tony, was kind, providing excellent service (he even gave us great recommendations for the rest of our time in VT). Perfect spot for a date night.

Great location with awesome selections and outstanding staff. The patite coco dusted fillet was excellent. Perfectly cooked and very juicy. Our server was very attentive to us. The truffle fries are very good and the quantity of them worked great for sharing. They also have a nice selection of cocktails.

Elixir in WRJ VT offers a wide range of delicious dishes on their menu. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing great service. The coconut curry mussels are a perfect starter, followed by the Island Farro Salmon and Shrimp Scampi, both seasoned well and cooked perfectly. The portions are just right, leaving customers satisfied. The bananas foster bread pudding with a rum caramel sauce is a must-try dessert, but many also enjoy the vanilla ice cream. The atmosphere is relaxed, making it a solid spot for a date or drinks. The Chicken liver mousse is fantastic to share, while the Salmon is a solid dish that preserves the moistness of the fish. The braised short rib is highlighted by some guests as the best dish. The environment is pleasant, and the waiters are very polite, making it easy to recommend this restaurant. The service is wonderful and accommodating, and the food, while needing slight adjustments, is generally good and worthy of a return visit.
