Elixir in WRJ VT offers a wide range of delicious dishes on their menu. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing great service. The coconut curry mussels were a perfect starter, followed by the Island Farro Salmon and Shrimp Scampi, both seasoned well and cooked perfectly. The portions were just right, leaving us satisfied. The bananas foster bread pudding with a rum caramel sauce was a must-try dessert. The atmosphere is relaxed, making it a solid spot for a date or drinks. The Chicken liver mousse was fantastic to share, while the Salmon was a solid dish that preserved the moistness of the fish. The Short rib was good but not as outstanding as the other dishes. The ambiance is a bit dark inside, but the service is top-notch. The Cod Cakes, Salmon, and Figs with bacon were also delicious choices for a wonderful dining experience at Elixir.
