We purchased a home in Quechee in 2004. For the next 19 years, the one restaurant we could always count on was Pizza Chef we have seen many restaurants come and go during that time but Nick and his team have been the one consistent that we always go back to. Good selection of food. Pasta, pizza, sandwiches, appetizers, etc.For the first time in my life I had pizza with corn on it. It lends an interesting pop of creamy sweet flavor to the tomato sauce. It's an interesting combination. It wasn't really greasy like some pizza.One side of the dining area serves as a bar with rustic seating and there's even a gondola booth.
