Best farm to table in Vermont. Artwork from local artists were displayed on the wall and Ivonne worked with us so we could take a piece of Vermont home with us! “We followed Google map reviews and booked for dinner. The service was friendly and attentive. The food was excellent- tasty and generous. And the wine which was recommended by the waitress was a perfect match for the food. The best dish for us was the braised short rib. I can definitely recommend this restaurant.“

“Chicken Carlo was good. Large portions. Came with fries and half of a fried chicken. Chicken was delicious and juicy but the fries were overcooked. My wife had spinach and black bean lasagna it was overcooked and dry out crispy and not tasty. Should have sent it back but it was long in waiting to be served. Portions was small.“

“should be a 4.5, hotel is great, old, good staff, clean, awesome location, next to a country store where you can buy everything AND the kitchen sink, including the exceptional Heady Topper beer that hotel staff gladly stored cold for me (no fridges in rooms), but I recommend skipping the very basic $15 pp continental breakfast that is not included (most other hotels include these days for these rates) to go to Hanover options or King Arthur bakery (short drive away) for better food and similar prices. I would come back and stay, but $15 for breakfast is out of whack.“

Parking: Hard to find parking, have to park, pay and walk, restraunts took up parking spots to add outside tables, it maybe a college but it's still our town, at night have to deal with the drunk college kids that treat people like crap

“Pine is the restaurant for The Hanover Inn, Dartmouth’s charming hotel located in the heart of downtown Hanover and overlooking The Green. Pine’s location, elegant atmosphere, and service were excellent; the food was just alright. I enjoyed my salmon dinner, but my dad was disappointed by the size of his scallop dinner, given the high price. There are not many options here for kids, either, so beware. Overall, I would recommend this place for an elegant meal out, but be prepared for a high bill and small portions.“
