RC is a busy, pleasant restaurant that feels informal and chill. It offers a good menu with vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options, plus a great beer selection that includes local brews. The crispy wraps are superb and remind of old Chimichangas. The staff is nice, outgoing and efficient; the server is wonderful and gives favorite dishes recommendations. The ambiance has good music, a full bar against a wall and a parking lot, a rarity in town. Open daily, the place gives good vibes and a flavor that Woodstock desperately needed. It is a welcome addition on the main street near a bicycle shop. The only thing missing is Long Trail Ale on draft.
