We were a group of 3 people and were seated within 10 minutes. I've been there several times and without a reservation there is usually a bit of a wait. Nice atmosphere.Parking: Plenty of free parking but you may have a very short walkWheelchair accessibility: Dining room area can be tight but still wheelchair accessible

We eat at 99 about once a month. The service is always great. Food comes out quickly. It's steaming hot. If I had a complaint it would be,I wish they had more gluten & dairy free options. This last time we went the server was very knowledgeable about which dishes we could order & if any modifications could be made. She even pointed out there could be wheat in the gravy. Food is good. I ordered delivery to the hospital and called to see what was happening with our order because it took so long. First, the automated system hung up on me… great design there. Second the girl that answered the phone had no compassion for this situation. Did not offer for me to speak to a manager or anything.
