We were a group of 3 people and were seated within 10 minutes. I've been there several times and without a reservation there is usually a bit of a wait. Nice atmosphere.Parking: Plenty of free parking but you may have a very short walkWheelchair accessibility: Dining room area can be tight but still wheelchair accessible

Took my daughter and her boyfriend out for Valentine's dinner. We were sat at a high top where there was a long piping vent above my head and the vent was blowing out cold air, you could literally see my hair blowing from the air coming out of the vent. The appetizer we got was spinach and artichoke dip with tortilla chips. Half of the chips were stale, so we didn't eat much of that. Then my daughter and I received our meals, but her boyfriend's came out and wasn't what he ordered, so they sent it back to the kitchen. We felt rude eating our meal without him, so we just picked at it a little bit. I found 2 small hairs in my food, on top of it being too cold to eat because while we were waiting about 15-20 minutes for her boyfriend's food to be corrected the air vent was blowing all over my food...I told the waitress about the hair, they comped my meal. But the whole meal should've been comped considering the appetizer was stale and gross, the food wasn't right, we didn't get to eat together, and I didn't eat at all except the few bites I took before sending my food back cold and with hair in it. My daughter's food was cold by the time her boyfriend got his because we wanted to wait for him to eat with us. It was just a total bust and not much recovery was done to fix the situation.

We eat at 99 about once a month. The service is always great. Food comes out quickly. It's steaming hot. If I had a complaint it would be,I wish they had more gluten & dairy free options. This last time we went the server was very knowledgeable about which dishes we could order & if any modifications could be made. She even pointed out there could be wheat in the gravy. She was very helpful.Dietary restrictions: I'd like to see more gluten free & dairy free options. He was able to order a burger on a gluten free bun. He wanted to order one of the specials but couldn't find one that was gf & DF.The server was knowledgeable about what things would contain wheat, more so than most servers. She was impressive.I do wish there were more items to choose from. He can't have anything with breading, gravy, soy sauce, milk, cheese, cream, flour.It is difficult to find restaurants that can accommodate his dietary needs. I do appreciate that 99 has some options & is making the effort to accommodate everyone.

Food is good. I ordered delivery to the hospital and called to see what was happening with our order because it took so long. First, the automated system hung up on me… great design there. Second the girl that answered the phone had no compassion for this situation. Did not offer for me to speak to a manager or anything. If there is a problem, you get a manager… it is a very simple concept.This is the second time we’ve ordered from 99 in a week. This will be the last, even if the food is far better than hospital food…My husband ordered from the bar the first time and the bartender took half his order then disappeared. Great work overall… truly comical.

It's a 99. Pretty standard. But also good. Staff here has been great every time I have visited. Foods come out in a timely manner and has been consistently good. Menu is decent. In size and seasonally has some great specials. Good for a chain restaurant if looking for something you're "used to" from a restaurant. I would recommend if you like 99s.
Typical Diner feel. Food is good but our waitress was having a bad day. We waited at the door for 5mins, saw she walked in and out, zero greeting. A guy sat us down, we waited another 5mins for the waitress to come. She showed her unhappy gesture and disappeared until we called for the check. She needs training…
