This is a fun place to eat. Most days, it’s parked by the Claremont Amtrak “station” and the bike shop that resides in the original. I like that they change up the menu often enough to let you know they are paying attention to the freshest foods available.Love the crumbly burgers, the pulled pork, the wraps, but really wish Mike would get brisket on the board. Positioned in the parking lot at the Verizon store is this epicurean delight. Ingredients so fresh. I love made to order food trucks that also can whip up items not on the menu if asked. We had fries, the 3 stack brisket and the chicken/eggplant parm sandwhich. For dessert we had the fried oreos. Portions are worth the prices. Brisket was so tender. Great smokehouse style food! These guys are great! They don't have a huge menu as it is a truck, but they're pretty accommodating so swing by and just ask for something, worst they can say is that don't have it but what they do have or will have is still something great! We tried it today and we were very pleased! I've worked in kitchens and restaurants for years and I'm pickier than the average and I thought these guys are doing a great job!
