“Today we ordered a meatball and Philly cheese steak sub. This is the best subway location. The ingredients are always so fresh and the sandwiches are always made perfectly. It blows other subway locations out of the water. The people that work there are very friendly and care that you get the best sandwich.“
“It's a McDonalds so you should temper your expectations if you're expecting the best food ever but this one has been pretty consistently decent in my experience. The service is always prompt and friendly even though they can get pretty packed occasionally which naturally slows the service - it's a restaurant after all, fast food or not, they can only operate within their limits. One particular night there was a line almost out of the parking lot and we ended up heading somewhere else after placing our order via the mobile app and waiting around for a while but the corporate office was quick to respond and issue a refund for the order we were unable to pick up with no hassle.“
“I placed an online order through the app. The app was easy to navigate, set up an account, add payment info, and it let's you know when your food is going to be ready. When I got there, there were a few dine in customers and just about a full drive thru. The staff was busy and seemed a little short staffed (but what place isn't right now), and some items were out but were being made for a wait. The cashier was friendly and apologetic for certain items being out and was accommodating to fill the orders with what they had on hand. I got my order and headed home (-/+20 min). The food was still warm and tasted good except for the fries that were cold. I would give it an almost perfect rating if it wasn't for the fries. I'm sure if I was a dine in, they would have been better. Overall, it was a good experience which hasn't been the case sometimes. But every place has their hit or miss moments. “We had a bad experience at west lebanon store and were even hung up on afterwards. Called Claremont Burger King and spoke with the manager (Elijah) and he reported it to the district manager and had handle everything like a manager should and beyond. “This was one of the best subway experience we have encountered for awhile! We went into the store at the almost closing time and an older gentleman with glasses at the counter didn't mind at all. He welcomed us with a smile and an incredible attitude. He kept the station very clean. It was spotless! If you ever stop by, please make sure you try their raspberry cheesecake cookies! It was delicious.“
