“Food is quick and accurate. The one time I had an issue in 3 years of ordering, the manager corrected it immediately. Staff has always been friendly. I live in an apartment complex and delivery drivers have always been respectful of the neighbors.“
“I placed an online order through the app. The app was easy to navigate, set up an account, add payment info, and it let's you know when your food is going to be ready. When I got there, there were a few dine in customers and just about a full drive thru. The staff was busy and seemed a little short staffed (but what place isn't right now), and some items were out but were being made for a wait. The cashier was friendly and apologetic for certain items being out and was accommodating to fill the orders with what they had on hand. I got my order and headed home (-/+20 min). The food was still warm and tasted good except for the fries that were cold. I would give it an almost perfect rating if it wasn't for the fries. I'm sure if I was a dine in, they would have been better. Overall, it was a good experience which hasn't been the case sometimes. But every place has their hit or miss moments. “This Pizza Hut location is definitely my favorite! I don't order pizza anywhere else because the stuffed crust is the best crust out of any of the pizza places near newport and Claremont they are also very friendly and they almost never screw up an “
