Food is quick and accurate. The one time I had an issue in 3 years of ordering, the manager corrected it immediately. Staff has always been friendly. I live in an apartment complex and delivery drivers have always been respectful of the neighbors.
The food is very good if you're craving something but don't know what. Their menu has all kinds of food for different cravings, and the cooks almost always deliver a decent product. Occasionally I've had ingredients missing, but nothing severe. The main issue is with the delivery. It isn't always bad, but when it is, it's very bad. I've had orders take 1-2 hours past the placement of them to be delivered. That wouldn't be an issue if you weren't told it'll be 30 minutes at most....read full review

Good friendly service. Messed up my order, but when I called to notify them of their mistake, I was told to return to the store. When I arrived my order had been corrected. Plus, the timing was perfect, my order was just coming out of the oven, fresh and hot again. I still recommend getting food from there. We are humans who all make mistakes now and then.
