“I think there was a problem with your fries tonight. They tasted old and were cold. First time I've ever thrown a whole order of McDonalds fries away. pick up was approximately 5 pm.“

“Since the Burger King returned to Keene, it's had its ups and downs. But the restaurant it is today is leaps and bounds better than when it started. The restaurant is constantly busy but even being behind 6 cars in the drive thru, it was less than a 10 minute wait. The food was hot and prepared correctly (I customized my burger and my chicken sandwich), and both the employees I interacted with were friendly but efficient. The food was great and the crown they offered tied the bow on a great visit to BK!“

“The woman that works the counter taking orders, serving online orders, was the nicest and most helpful person I have literally ever met. She took so much pride in what she was doing, smiling and offering to help even though I am sure the amount of tasks was overwhelming. The lobby was completely full and she still made sure to be polite and smile when speaking with every guest, her service going above and beyond what I would expect to receive. They were out of biscuits but they did have chicken this time so they are improving!“

“I went into this location tonight and it was super busy. Some lady was screaming at the manager about her food being wrong the manager handled it very well in my opinion after the cashier argued with the lady for 5 minutes she went and remade the whole order and told the lady to have a nice day and it was a big order. I have no issues when I come here and it’s always the same two managers working. The girl is always getting screamed at by customers more so when this particular cashier is working. I think this location is great and the staff here is amazing! People these days don’t treat food service staff like humans.“

“Where can I begin? I started my journey from Maine back to New York today, hungry. As I look on my gps I realize theres no food in sight except a little town called Keene, and let me tell you that place is GAS! They got mcy ds, wendys, and over 30 different places to eat. However, my hunger took me back to 1 place, chipotle. Now at my home town Chippy is lowk mid but in Keene they said, “let’s show him Keene’s way.” I walk in and to my surprise I see an EMPTY LINE. Then a charismatic young man takes care of my order with a smile on his face, giving his full attention and care towards me. As I check out the cashier gives me a WATER cup and tells me to fill it with a fun drink like bro thats dope. Overall my Chipotle experience at Keene will forever change my life and my expectations of how a true chipotle should be run. 5 stars.“
