“The servings of french fries were hot, salty, and very generous. My grilled cheese was cooked perfectly and very tasty. My wife said the milkshake was delicious The french fries are gluten free and the server seemed knowledgeable about gluten-free issues and celiac disease.

“I don’t care what anyone else says, this place is very kid friendly, very people friendly, and just all around great quality. Jimmy and the other staff were very helpful when we said this was our first time having the food and they even gave us a sample to try! Definitely recommend!“

“I think there was a problem with your fries tonight. They tasted old and were cold. First time I've ever thrown a whole order of McDonalds fries away. pick up was approximately 5 pm.“

“Since the Burger King returned to Keene, it's had its ups and downs. But the restaurant it is today is leaps and bounds better than when it started. The restaurant is constantly busy but even being behind 6 cars in the drive thru, it was less than a 10 minute wait. The food was hot and prepared correctly (I customized my burger and my chicken sandwich), and both the employees I interacted with were friendly but efficient. The food was great and the crown they offered tied the bow on a great visit to BK!“

“When i walked into this subway not only was i met with a beautiful and warm atmosphere but the most kind and considerate employees. An employee named Koda made without a doubt the most delicious sandwich I've ever eaten at subway, and did so while carrying a delightful conversation and a smile on his face. A wonderful group of talented employees made a great experience at this subway.“

“I don't even know what to say about our experience other than fire Nora and find someone else to run the front counter. After we waited in the drive through for 15 minutes and had to come back in, she is so slow that we waited 25 minutes and the people before us waited even longer and a doordash driver came in for their order and she didn't even put it in yet and told the man to wait while she served the dining room. Our food was soggy, the tacos were thrown in the bag and dumped the contents all over the other food, they forgot to put several items in the bag. We got to Matthew's rd(we live in Swanzey) and had to turn around AGAIN then waited another 25 minutes for it to be fixed for her to argue with me on what food items she already gave me, then to apologize because she forgot what order she was doing. By the time we got home it was 7:45 pm after spending an HOUR at Taco Bell. And I also asked her to stop calling me Ma'am and she deliberately called me Ma'am again then again before I left without my items because I was so fed up waiting and had hungry kids at home and a very pregnant hungry daughter in the car. We will not return if Nora is working. Not worth the $50 we paid for trash panda dining.“

“Went there today after pumpkin fest. It’s what you expect from a Chipotle, but what really blew me away was that they had normal tomatoes and normal corn!!!! No nasty onions. I could cry with joy right now. I’m sure this was only temporary for one reason or another, but I wish it would be permanent.“

“So, before heading to this KFC today, I read a LOT of really negative, one star reviews on here. I was scared, but I figured I'd give them a fair chance.

I got there at about 4:40. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the lady at the register. A couple other employees also smiled and nodded, acknowledging my presence. Nothing like the reviews about being ignored or treated like an inconvenience.

She was patient and helpful as I made my order, and gave me a receipt unprompted. As I prepared my drinks and waited, another customer came in and was told, there was no coleslaw (which she asked for). The staff were apologetic and offered other options. Again, nothing like the reviews of being mislead and given whatever.

My order was ready in under ten minutes. All of it was correct, hot, fresh and I got all the condiments and items ordered. And they were training a new employee!

Maybe it was a really good day... but, great job! Give them a chance. :)“
