“YUM!! Also the 2 guys working were great they made sure I got exactly what I needed they were so impressive that even if the food wasn't great I would eat there again because of the service...luckily the food is only second to the hospitality!“

“So, before heading to this KFC today, I read a LOT of really negative, one star reviews on here. I was scared, but I figured I'd give them a fair chance.

I got there at about 4:40. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the lady at the register. A couple other employees also smiled and nodded, acknowledging my presence. Nothing like the reviews about being ignored or treated like an inconvenience.

She was patient and helpful as I made my order, and gave me a receipt unprompted. As I prepared my drinks and waited, another customer came in and was told, there was no coleslaw (which she asked for). The staff were apologetic and offered other options. Again, nothing like the reviews of being mislead and given whatever.

My order was ready in under ten minutes. All of it was correct, hot, fresh and I got all the condiments and items ordered. And they were training a new employee!

Maybe it was a really good day... but, great job! Give them a chance. :)“
