I think there was a problem with your fries tonight. They tasted old and were cold. First time I've ever thrown a whole order of McDonalds fries away. pick up was approximately 5 pm.
Missing items in order. Staff seemed lost. One employee was poking at a fries with his bare fingers and then put it in a kids meal. But the manager was nice and helpful
Visitor from RI here. I walked out in tears after waiting nearly an HOUR for take-out. I tried getting the managers attention to at least get my money back, but I was ignored and she PROMPTLY went on break (in the middle of a rush??? Who does that in food service?). I made my family wait that entire time to come back empty handed with no refund. My Fiance went in after me to make it right. Told the lady to just put SOMETHING in the bag.
