“I’ve had a generally good experience at this DD. The staff is typically friendly, and the coffee and food are usually prepared pretty quickly. While some reviews seem mixed, I’ve found it to be a reliable spot. That said, the drive-through line can get extremely long at times especiallyin the morning, so I tend to avoid it during those peak moments. Overall, it’s a nice place to grab a quick coffee or bite when it’s not too busy.

“I like them, HOWEVER, when I made my mobile order, I gave plenty of time before walking in the store, my drinks were not even started, the 3 ladies working didnt even greet me, they kept filling stuff, mopping....then when they were done they made my drinks (the girl that was mopping made them without washing her hands), didnt put cinnamon sprinkles on it like I ordered....when I mentioned it, she grabbed my cup to put them on, and the other woman said, we don't put that on when there is no whip cream, It doesn't say that on the app I mentioned...she very curtly said...IM JUST LETTING YOU KNOW. the lady put my drink back down so hard it spilled, she had to wipe it up. Really? (Keene, NH store)“
