I like them, HOWEVER, when I made my mobile order, I gave plenty of time before walking in the store, my drinks were not even started, the 3 ladies working didnt even greet me, they kept filling stuff, mopping....then when they were done they made my drinks (the girl that was mopping made them without washing her hands), didnt put cinnamon sprinkles on it like I ordered....when I mentioned it, she grabbed my cup to put them on, and the other woman said, we don't put that on when...read full review
I am always greeted with a smile. I love my quad iced white mocha. The Baristas in Keene, NH just know how to make it right. Love and miss them.
