“The breakfast here is so good and it’s pretty quick considering how slammed they always are. Actually the staff at this one are unbelievably nice, more than I would expect considering how overworked they must be. Best in the morning. Protip: French Toast sticks are meant to be eaten inside.“

“I write this review mostly to illustrate a potentially bad situation that was made right by the staff. I had ordered a 12-inch sub online late this afternoon, and when I arrived to pick it up, it was only a 6-inch sub. However, upon pointing this out to the friendly woman at the counter, she apologized promptly and noted the confusion on the way the order may have been interpreted from the receipt. She then offered to make me a second 6-inch sub to rectify the situation and did so promptly. As I told her, I wasn't trying to give her a hard time, and she was doing exactly the right thing given the circumstances. I rate a mistake that is promptly fixed as the highest form of customer service. Hence, this is mostly a review to say that at least at this location, there is at least one person who deserves praise.“

“Federal street Subway! Site of the first Kentucky Fried Chicken in Greenfield! What can you say about Subway? First they make all there rolls fresh at each location. They offer combo meals! They have good subs at fair prices! Service is pretty good! Prices and specials could be better!Updated 5/28/24 New menu offered! Prices are higher of course!“

It was a pleasure meeting you and your husband at McDonald's this evening, March 7th.
I am writing to personally thank you for the wonderful experience. You are incredibly kind and patient, not only with your customers but also with your employees. Your fun, upbeat, and outgoing personality reflects well on your staff and the entire establishment. Because of your leadership, customers receive a positive experience that contributes to a healthy environment for everyone.
We need more establishments run by effective management that prioritizes the well-being of workers, the restaurant environment, and the treatment of customers. If I could give you a 10-star rating, I certainly would. It was so nice to meet you, and the food tasted amazing.
