“The staff is great here, especially late night. I ordered at 12:15am and they were happy to serve me, and even went out of the way to ask if I would be willing to wait for them to cook fresh chicken because they didn’t want to give me food that had been sitting out. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location.“
“The Subway at 337 Russell St. in Hadley has fast delivery with great prices. The food is very good and fresh, too. I was really pleased with my recent visit to the Subway restaurant located inside of Walmart at Mountain Farms Mall. The sandwich artist was really friendly and did a great job preparing my order.“

“Super friendly and professional employees on night shift. They make food as fast a juiced up racehorse even when it's as busy as a one legged man in a a$$ kicking contest. You should really consider giving that one employee Avery a raise. He was making some gourmet looking food faster than ink takes to dry. I heard he singlehandedly saved an entire species of salt water dolphin from going extinct too. Get that man a promotion!!“
“My wife and I have been to a few different Taco Bell's over the years, and I have to say that the Taco Bell in Hadley, Ma is By Far one of the best that we have been to. The associate/server was very pleasant, and the food was fantastic. We were actually amazed at how well the meal was prepared and looked, which is a Lot better than some of the other Taco Bell's that we have been to. We Highly recommend this restaurant and will No Doubt be returning there again.Parking: More than adequate amount of parking, with handicap spaces by the entrance.“
“Being that I've worked for corporate and franchise Panera I try to stick to just that but the rice bowl I think it was that I had was delicious and I will probably go back again sometime soon.I did just go back again but the restaurant was very messy, napkins and cutlery were almost completely out, trash on the floors. The line was out the door but I did enjoy my steak bowl again, at least I think so.“
“Amazing burgers you can literally smell the meat cooking from outside the store. The store has a nice little vibe to it too with alot of artwork on the wall and a counter top where you can seat. “I always order my Burger King food on my app. Today I ordered when I was in Northampton and the App placed my order in Sturbridge mass. I tried to cancel it on the app and could not. I went into the store in NorthHampton and the manager Hector was amazing. He said to call the store in Sturbridge and cancel the order and I will make it for you here. They did not answer in Sturbridge and Hector tried as well. he was amazing and That is why the Burger King in NorthHampton is so successful and warm and unbelievable. I wish there were more Hectors out there at the different other stores that I visit. He is a superb customer service liaison, gentleman and manager.“
