“I've been dying for the mini Mozz ? so I was very excited to receive them in such a terrific fashion! I'd like to compliment the chef as the crispy, melty mini Mozz were the perfect texture! The monster mash my sidekick enjoyed, well the ice cream was the perfect blend of creamy, cold and dreamy deliciousness. “Recently visited the Hadley location. What happened to this ? Service went way downhill. I would not go back if this was my first visit. First went in early about 4pm . The server never came to check on us. My steak that I ordered was overcooked on outside and undercooked on inside. Never got a bill. I had to use the table machine to find my bill . This as we were celebrating my daughter's 18th birthday . Her burger was undercooked, and the wife's Salmon had bones in it still. Good thing it was dead in restaurant hate to seen what would have happened if busy. Would give negative if possible.“
“The staff is great here, especially late night. I ordered at 12:15am and they were happy to serve me, and even went out of the way to ask if I would be willing to wait for them to cook fresh chicken because they didn’t want to give me food that had been sitting out. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location.“
“Super friendly and professional employees on night shift. They make food as fast a juiced up racehorse even when it's as busy as a one legged man in a a$$ kicking contest. You should really consider giving that one employee Avery a raise. He was making some gourmet looking food faster than ink takes to dry. I heard he singlehandedly saved an entire species of salt water dolphin from going extinct too. Get that man a promotion!!“
“This is a quaint and friendly coffee and breakfast shop with freshly made food, coffee, lattes, and other drinks along with pastries omelets and more. It appears to have many local regulars. My pesto omelet loaded with vegetables was so good but I had to take half home it was so large. There was not a crumb left by my friend of his French toast with strawberries and whip cream which was totally devoured by him!“
“Our favorite restaurant in the region. The fried chicken is classic. The lamb shoulder was perfect. Their quality is consistent. We so glad the owner-employees have sustained the quality so well. We took a chef in our family there - he raved over it. We'll be back!“
“Amazing burgers you can literally smell the meat cooking from outside the store. The store has a nice little vibe to it too with alot of artwork on the wall and a counter top where you can seat. The price was great too. Overall I recommend this spot if ur in Northampton looking for a great burger “
“Highly recommend Captain Jacks in Easthampton, MA. Lobster roll is enormous, not smothered in mayo or other heavy sauces. Very tender. Fried claims/colhogs are lightly fried, no sand, great portion. I keep going back because no one can beat them.“
“This was a great find for me with a fully vegan menu. The food was delicious and attractive. It had a variety of choices and everyone in our party had something different. Service was good. The atmosphere was good. We sat near the fireplace. It was a huge room, so not exactly cozy. I recommend this place. I was there three days after Christmas.“
