“standard BK fare, but always put together the way i want, and i don't recall ever having issues with the drive thru. staff is always pleasant (i think i had an issue once in the past with a mildly rude staff member inside, but they weren't there long). the building itself is dated, but clean.“
“Customer service has been very good and quick!- this was 2 years agoi go here all the time, depending on the manager working depends on your service. lately the food is not good at all, how can you hand out a cheeseburger but the burger be literally black and like a brick.“
“They do take-out and delivery now, but that works well for us! The gentleman answering the phone was kind and repeated back the order. When we arrived, everything was packed really well. The cold things and hot things were packed separately. The food that would probably leak, was wrapped in an additional bag as well! We ordered the West Lake Chicken, Yuzu Tuna Poke Bowl, Shumai, The spicy Maki (tuna, salmon, yellowtail), and the Bourbon Chicken. I loved the fried chicken in the west lake, the poke bowl could have used a bit more seasoning, but was still very fresh. The shumai were definitely a smash! The spicy Maki were not spicy, but still very yummy, and the bourbon chicken sauce was a lot lighter than that thick syrupy sauce that you expect after you eat a lot of bourbon chicken at various malls, which was delightful. This was our first time grabbing dinner there and we will definitely return!“

“McDonalds' food is what it is. A huge deal back in the day was a quarter pounder you bought in New Jersey tasted the same as one in Illinois. That's still pretty much the way it is now but the quarter pounder I bought in Adams, MA on Saturday tasted like the cap came off the salt shaker. Hence a 4 star rating.“

Great burgers, hot dogs with the best grilled buns, homemade onion rings, fries, fish and chips, clam rolls, etc. They even have grilled cheese. Order at the window, find a picnic table and in a few minutes your deliciousness is ready. In the summer months they also have ice cream and milk shakes. I have such wonderful family memories of coming here as a child, bringing my child and now my grandchildren. North Adams would not be the same without Pedrins!! Cash only.
