“The last few times I have been there the food was either not cooked all the way or inedible.. but the last time I was sick for 3 days with food poisoning! the burger was super salty. Then I tasted that it was sour so I stopped eating it. I grabbed my shake and took a big gulp to discover that it also was sour.. so the whole meal was tossed into the garbage.. that night I was so sick I slept in the bathroom. “The subway in Wynantskill is owned by a gentleman named Dave. Dave recently had this subway remodeled, and holy cow does it look amazing! Finally, the appearance matches the personalities of the employees. This subway has been a reliable source of lunch for me for about 4 years. During this time, I've gotten to know several employees there, and the owner. Dave is an incredibly kind owner and cares about his consumers. The sandwiches are always made neatly and well organized. You never have to worry about them falling apart. All the wmployees are hard workers. They keep the place clean, assemble great sandwiches, and keep fantastic conversation, which allows for a friendly environment. I can't say enough about the quality of this subway!“

“First time eating here, the two hotdogs that i got were the chilli dog with ketchup and sauerkraut, relish, ketchup and let me tell you it was so delicious. It’s s nice to have something different in the area, the customer service was really good and the packaging for the hotdog was perfect (it was in a sealed container). The bun was sweet and the hotdogs were all beef from what i can tell. The pricing is also good considering the times we are in. Will definitely come back.“

“My first experience with Nepalese cuisine. I ordered three styles of momo, which is a type of stuffed pasta dumpling. More similar to a semolina dough,, not thick and glutinous like rice dough. Clearly hand made with care. Jhol Momo is steamed dumplings served in soup. Nothing was too extreme in the soup, it was balanced and savory. Kothey Momo is like a pot sticker,, fried on one side and steamed. I got paneer cheese stuffing. It didn't have lots of cheese, but rather savory vegetables to round out the filling. It's served with chutney, a traditional sauce. I really enjoyed this even though I was expecting more cheese. The C (Chili) Momo is bathed in a spicy and slightly sweet red pepper sauce. It has bits of onion and pepper and shaved scallion. I got chicken stuffed. If you like General Tso's you'll like this, if you like Chicken Cacciatore you'll like this. It left my lips feeling pleasantly warm after eating. I'm curious to know what kind of chili pepper they use. Medium heat level, don't fear it. The owner was very nice and answered my questions, and language was not a barrier. The interior is bright and clean with several tables. The exterior is fresh and new. It IS at a very busy intersection of Albany, which is why I went between lunch and dinner hours. Be aware that if you're driving finding parking nearby could be tricky, but also be mindful of holding up traffic as you search for a spot. If necessary, drive around the block and regroup. The food is worth any extra work you have to put into getting it. I felt safe in the neighborhood, but be aware of your surroundings, it's a busy area with several main roads coming together at that location. Perfect if you come by bus! I'll be going back to try beef and mushroom momo next time, and Mango Lassi to drink. 24 pieces of momo for $36 not bad. If you want a sampler order the Combo Set, hidden at the bottom of the menu. This place is going to be very popular very soon!“

“Gus' Hot dogs is a local tradition and landmark. They sell the small hot dogs with onions,meat sauce, mustard or any combination of toppings.
They have a walk-up window for ordering & pickup, and picnic tables outside. I believe there is also inside seating, but to be honest, I've never been inside. It's open year-round, but feels me, it's a summertime staple.“

“this white girl loves me some pearl’s chicken. this is the second time this week i am ordering it. their fried chicken pieces are so damn good! full of flavor
crispiness and the chicken is wet and moist falls right off the bone. i slather it in honey and go mmmm the whole time i’m eating and sucking my fingers. the sweet potato pie comes warm and is delicious.
i liked their cole slaw. the only thing
i didn’t like was their mac and cheese. i don’t know why but it was so bland with little seasoning. they need to fix up their mac. that being said i truly love pearl’s chicken. they have so many options i look forward to trying more of the menu but i keep going back for chicken because
i can’t stop myself. i’m on steroids for illness and i’m hungry. i can put

“Hands down the best Subway I’ve ever been to. I am not from the area but stopped in on Friday and had to again today. Both times I had great conversations with the employees. Both employees and the manager that I’ve had conversations with have been incredibly friendly and polite. You can 100% tell that they genuinely care about their customers. They also give great portion sizes and make sure your sandwich is made right without cutting corners unlike some other Subways i’ve been to. On top of that, the restaurant is clean and well kept. If you’re in the area don’t bother going to any other Subway if it’s not this one!!! Thank you guys I will be back!“

“This McDonald’s is, hands down, the best in the capital region. I order on the app & then pick it up at the drive- thru. The food is promptly ready, always hot & they don’t pour the drinks until you get up to the window so they are never melted down. The staff are pleasant & efficient. Great place! “Updating review, for now I'll just say I spent over an hour now. I went through it twice for the Popeyes Rewards. The first time it crashed right at the end without giving me a Validation Code, understandable. Went through it all again, more quickly, with out all the answering the questions and reviews. At the end it asks if you would like to post your review on Google. The first time is when it crashed. Got back to it again, said yes. It seemed to have posted but received no Validation Code. At this point I'm a little frustrated, being about an hour now. Called the Popeyes store I was just at, 2: 45pm. Spoke with said manager, might not been him that served me. I explained the situation, all I was told is to download the app. Unfortunately I was not able to understand what he was saying nor was he able to understand me, is suspect. I have to go back through there tomorrow and I'll see how it goes. Trying the support page is a waste of time, even supposedly found a corporate support line, JOKE, just sends you back to the same crap. Unreal, no support no nothing all over a couple pieces of chicken and a biscuit. Figured I would see how far I could get. Just do what you say you will do. I wanted to let you all know what I went through. If anyone has had a problem with this same issue, please respond, curious. I dont think I did anything wrong filling out the questioner. Thanks

“If you're ever here I hope you deal with Ashley. Had an order set for 7:15pm we had added something to the order about 10 mins after we hit the check out and as I got there she was in BOSS mode. Orders flying out there door, she was polite, prompt and hustling in there. There was confusion in the kitchen with some of the orders but she figured it out and got 3 customers out the door satisfied. Food was hot, fresh and right on time for when I walked in. I truly appreciate the effort. Great job and great staff“
