“I’d give this 5 stars all around if the music wasn’t SO LOUD that I had to ask the server to repeat his questions re my order several times! It’s also 98° outside right now and I’m eating outside because it’s SO UNPLEASANT with the acid rock playing at top level inside. Very disappointing. Good thing I’m not a regular at this location.“

“Bella is an excellent employee ! So much so that I asked what her name was. She was so pleasant and outgoing. we saw her going around greeting every guest and asking how the food was. In a world full of people who hate working it was refreshing to see her great attitude.“

“The cleanest fast food place there is. Floors, tables, garbage areas, inside and out was clean. Amen. The staff there was excellent on my visit today for lunch, #2, Double whopper meal. Food is always great. It is nice to go to a place where kids aren't running and screaming as you are trying to eat. Even the parking lot was clean. Prices there are reasonable for a fast food place. Congrats to the managers there for keeping this place up to snuff. 👍👍👍“

“Got me one of th best beef empanadas I had in a long time. Got some yellow rice and beans too. Needed more beens and some juice but over all pretty damn good. I forgot to ask for the juice so that's ok me. I'll hopefully get a few more empanadas before I leave Schenectady. Cool old man too.“

“Great people, seriously legit food. Far surpassed my expectations. If you’re thinking about it, just do it. So glad I did. I’ll probably end up trying the whole menu. They also have drinks and snacks that you can’t find anywhere else. Family type of service that you don’t see often anymore.“

“Really good experience from this Mr. Subb. The customer service from the laddies that helped me was good! They were friendly and asked questions about my order. The sub I received was also very good. I can tell that prep is being done regularly, and that everything is fresh. Tots are always a great add on, and is one of the reasons I prefer Mr.Subb over subway or other restaurant shops. Soda was good, and the machine looked cleaned. The only issue I had during this visit was the cleanliness of the ceilings, specifically over the food area. Guys this needs to be fixed asap you have dust and debris hanging from the vents and panels. A food safety inspection would mark this as a critical. It would only take 30 mins to correct this. GM if you are reading this please make this correction. It would be nice to see improvements next time I return. Thank you staff! I enjoyed my lunch.“

“I had a steak sub delivered to my motel room and the steak was just about all burnt. I called and spoke with a guy named junior and said that he would send another one so I asked for credit on the book which he agreed to. I went to the store 2 days later and I didn't want to try the steak again so I got the Italian which the manager on duty said that it was no problem . Everyone was very friendly and understanding so I would definitely recommend this store oh as well as jersey Mike's which I have been eating for over 35 years..“
