“Today I purchased a family meal. The chicken was really good, seasoned, the wedges were good along with the biscuits my family and I enjoyed. The customer service was great. The staff were patient especially with ordering for the first time. I do plan on going back.“

“My only 2 complaints are the roast beef did not look fresh, it was dark and dry looking. My second complaint is why is the credit card machine asking for tips? Lowest tip option was 15%. Or skip. Btw subway didn't anyone ever tell you it's rude to ask for a tip? Especially when yes your employee made me a sandwhich but he didn't bring it to my table.“

“Let me start by saying the only reason that I gave five stars across the board is because of one of the workers there who always makes my experience awesome when I had dreaded ever having to get a sandwich here before. I’ve learned that you can’t really come there after dinner time because the staff in the evening and at night is not only rude but severely disrespectful and should not be working in Customer Service. If I stopped there, and I don’t see Danielle working, I turn right around and decide on something else to eat because it’s not even worth being made to feel like crap about ordering a sandwich. I could only imagine the amount of money that they have lost as a business, simply from be completely awful and virtually nonexistent, Customer Service skills of the longer-term employees. Off the negative though Danielle has seriously made it an enjoyable experience coming there where I feel welcomed and like my food is made with love. She is truly a sandwich artist, and I can surely count on a well constructed and delicious sandwich (Any other time it’s got nothing on it and anything that is on it is falling off before it makes it in my mouth sadly). I hope they appreciate the Good they have and they need to purge the bad and negative if they want to stop losing money!!!!! “love the burgers and fries. always hot and fresh. I would like to come there with out employees pants pulled down showing their underwear and crack of doom. its a huge appettite looser employees walking around with their pants not pulled up all the way.“

“I am picky but my order usually consists of a chocolate shake wirh banana whipped cream and oreos with grilled cheese. They are obviously pricey, but at this location, you are getting what you pay for and then some. You do have to wait a little longer, but I dont mind since the food is so delicious. They never disappoint. I've gotten stuff missing from my order, but they do a really good job at giving you your food. They care a lot about their customers, and they are very accommodating. Not only with the food but with wheelchairs. They keep their inside and outside dining areas very very clean.“

“I travel at least 3 times a year in this corridor and I can certainly say that this Pattersonville Plaza is the best.

There is a lot of variety of food, seating area even to work from there taking a quick working call.

There is a coffee machine at very good price if you don’t want to spend for the Starbucks experience.

Plenty of parking. Tidy bathrooms.“

“I’d give this 5 stars all around if the music wasn’t SO LOUD that I had to ask the server to repeat his questions re my order several times! It’s also 98° outside right now and I’m eating outside because it’s SO UNPLEASANT with the acid rock playing at top level inside. Very disappointing. Good thing I’m not a regular at this location.“

“Ok. Burger King is awesome. Mostly because of their Mandalorian and Grogu menu! So amazing!!!! We went there for it today, and it was something I have been looking forward too. And on May 4th!!!??? “Being soy free, due to an allergy, it's hard to find options when dining out. Jimmy John's has several options I can eat (the unwich is awesome) and they are super fast when you need dinner in a hurry!“

“The cleanest fast food place there is. Floors, tables, garbage areas, inside and out was clean. Amen. The staff there was excellent on my visit today for lunch, #2, Double whopper meal. Food is always great. It is nice to go to a place where kids aren't running and screaming as you are trying to eat. Even the parking lot was clean. Prices there are reasonable for a fast food place. Congrats to the managers there for keeping this place up to snuff. 👍👍👍“

“It was okay. I ordered something without a condiment on it and they still put it on. Then a guy came in looking for bottles in the trash and asked everybody in the place for money. He took a cup that was on the counter meant for another customer and got himself a drink“

“Got me one of th best beef empanadas I had in a long time. Got some yellow rice and beans too. Needed more beens and some juice but over all pretty damn good. I forgot to ask for the juice so that's ok me. I'll hopefully get a few more empanadas before I leave Schenectady. Cool old man too.“

I booked a lunch very last minute (same day as the order) Not only did they make a great meal for the office but they delivered it for me when I got stuck in a procedure in a different town. Special shout out to the manager for helping me and to the employee who delievered the food to the office. I would recommend to anyone who is in need of catering.“

“This Wendy's is a really good example of what a fast food location should be. The people who work here are very nice and friendly and the food actually looks like the pictures.

There's plenty of seating, ketchup in self serve cups, and a self serve soda machine. People eat in the dining room. The bathroom is clean.“

“Really good experience from this Mr. Subb. The customer service from the laddies that helped me was good! They were friendly and asked questions about my order. The sub I received was also very good. I can tell that prep is being done regularly, and that everything is fresh. Tots are always a great add on, and is one of the reasons I prefer Mr.Subb over subway or other restaurant shops. Soda was good, and the machine looked cleaned. The only issue I had during this visit was the cleanliness of the ceilings, specifically over the food area. Guys this needs to be fixed asap you have dust and debris hanging from the vents and panels. A food safety inspection would mark this as a critical. It would only take 30 mins to correct this. GM if you are reading this please make this correction. It would be nice to see improvements next time I return. Thank you staff! I enjoyed my lunch.“

“Awesome people who patronize here and the staff. Ms. Roberson the server went above and beyond for all the customers before me everyone left with a smile and I met new friends there even though it’s subway it’s better than the spoiled lunch meat from adeebs corner store“

“I could not find an owners name or contact information for this particular Subway, however I must say that the young women who work and run that small subway need to be protected at all costs. They are the sweetest, most kind young women I’ve encountered in this tough job in a very long time. When I had my bistro I prayed for these young people. To the owner, give these four young women a raise, do not lose them and treat them right. They keep your place clean, the service is exceptional and they have true customer service. I’ve even witnessed their empathy and humanity toward a limited member of our community, they show him kindness and respect, they give him a place to rest and be treated humanely and with friendship. I’m not a huge fan of faster type foods, but I will always patronize this shop and primarily for the young women who run the shop.“
