“We all know how McDonald’s can be. Either the best thing ever, or just straight up dog food. But this McDonald’s right here in Glenville has yet to let me down. Freshly made hot food. Exquisite looking and tasting burger. And they filled my large orange Hi-C TO THE BRIM!!!!!!!!!!!????? I can always count on this location to deliver a satisfactory meal. ???? ??️“
“Oh I'm gonna be regretting this decision tomorrow. Was here last week and saw that loaded nacho chicken sandwich with queso fries, and I was like: "Oh my." So of course I had to try them, a week later and I also gain the courage to add the ghost pepper chicken sandwich with the matching fries, you know, to make sure I tried all the newest items on the menu. As a backup plan to that ghost pepper spice I also tacked on a frosty, originally going for the pumpkin spice but I later found out they had just changed out to the peppermint. No big loss I thought.Ordered online which was weird, because unlike other joints there is no way to place a pickup time and that's because they do not start making your meal until you show up. So while you can pay ahead and order it all to your specifications, like adding pickles, extra lettuce, etc, you might need to wait around once you get there if your customized order is large enough. As for me, the wait was close to 5 minutes, and all I did was remove the tomatoes, add onions, pickles, and extra lettuce. When I got home and opened it all up I wasn't blown away by the visual appeal for sure, it all looked pretty mundane, but how was the taste? Well the ghost pepper chicken sandwich was spicy, after eating half the sandwich that is. It's a build up spice in this case, so don't be fooled by your initial few nibbles. The matching fries reminded me heavily of flaming hot cheetos, but they too had the same build up effect. The loaded nacho chicken sandwich was by far the tastier of the two, but maybe it was because I was so excited for it, that my hype was not met. It was ok, but nothing to write home about. Worse yet the queso fries were just a mess, with the cheese topping having solidified into this ball of wet potatos. The queso was just slimy and not spread across the fries, leaving a good 20% totally dry. As for the peppermint frosty, it was alright, helped combat the spice of the ghost pepper, but compared to the pumpkin spice one they just had, it was the lesser. Very vanilla, not much peppermint.A meal of ups and downs for sure, but as I sit here full, satisfied, I'm not upset with my purchase or even unhappy at the $29 I spent. Just a good reminder that fast food does what it needs to, fills you up but won't wow you per-say.“
“Food was good ,1 problem, they asked if I wanted xtra meat for $1.50, I said sure(we all know that they put the bare minimum amount of meat on there anyway). What got me is that she (the owner)only put like a 1/4of that little ladle scooper worth of meat. I didn't say anything, my bad. I just won't go there again. The subs they show on tv,they be bulging with meat, this ,sadly was not!!!“
“I absolutely enjoy the food here! My son usually gets a chicken burrito with all the grilled veggies and rice and also the chips and salsa and sometimes the guacamole. The proportion is huge! I usually get the burrito bowl but recently stopped getting chicken in it and just leaving it pure vegetables. That is the only thing I do not like about Chipotle is the meat. They don't cut off the fat or take out tendons and weird things in the meat and I always end up getting drizzle and gross things and I have to pick it out. That's why I gave it four stars. I really like the corn salsa and the fresh tomato salsa and the guacamole is very creamy and delicious. The chips are very crunchy and they have a limey taste to them which I like alot!“
“I ordered at your Subway this morning and ordered the coldcut trio, run through the garden, oil vinegar, s/p. Around 10:30am. I didn't get the young ladies name but she mesmerized me while she "COMPOSED" this beautiful, and delicious-in the end SANDWICH ?. She seemed to really enjoy making this sandwich. Great conversation with her. I felt comfort and ease. Please figure out who she was. Man! BEST EXPERIENCE AT SUBWAY!!! Excellent job ?“
“My kids introduced me to this establishment last week.I didn't know what to expect, but I like hot!!!There is no shortage of heat here!!!The idea of using dry rub instead of sauce for heat, it makes the all difference. If you appreciate flavor profiles you will appreciate the sliders. The combination of hot chicken, sweet sauce, and crisp clean (non vinegary) coleslaw is on point.Great thought went into this simple but complex taste.I will definitely be frequenting this establishment.Thank you kids you actually showed me something for once...“
“Was disappointed to learn that 5 Guys does not deliver to my area. Searching online I came across Active Menus. I was able to place an order for delivery using Active Menus! Consider using Active Menus if Doordash and Grub Hub don't deliver to your area.“
“Jumping Jacks Drive-In is an absolute gem! Despite the always-full parking lot, it's no mystery why this place is bustling with patrons - it's simply that good! From the moment you pull in, you're greeted with the welcoming sight of friendly staff and the enticing aroma of delicious food wafting through the air. Their menu boasts a variety of cheap and mouthwatering options that never disappoint. Whether you're craving a classic burger and fries or something a bit more adventurous, they've got you covered. And let's not forget about their ice cream - while they may only offer two flavors daily/weekly, each cone of soft serve is an absolute delight. Sure, there may be a bit of a wait, but trust me, it's well worth it. Plus, the lively atmosphere only adds to the overall experience. Jumping Jacks Drive-In has rightfully earned its reputation as a beloved staple in the community, and it's easy to see why. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience!Parking: Free big parking lot but hard to find parking anywhere nearby at peak hoursKid-friendliness: Good place for kids with a playground across the streetWheelchair accessibility: All one level“
“I've had multiple great experience at the Five Guys in Glenville. I've used mobile order and have walked in. Mobile order worked well and the food was still warm when we got it home which was great. When ordering in restaurant the staff were quick taking orders and seemed to be running a good system as the food came out quick and correct, even with very personalized orders. It is more or less a fast food joint but the burgers and fries do seem to be a higher quality than most fast food joints. If your looking for a quick burger and fries this is a great place to stop.“
