“My first time being let down by Subway.

Been looking forward to trying the hot honey chicken sandwich and footlong nachos for a full week, and after two prior weeks of disappointing Friday meals I felt Subway was a safe bet. Turns out, even the most consistent chains can have a weakest link.

As stated previously, I ordered the footlong steak nachos and a hot honey chicken sandwich. Coming to a a little over $21 before tip.

Sadly I was informed at the beginning of my order that they were out of the hot honey, which, was pretty disappointing. The one key ingredient to making a hot honey chicken sandwich, and they are missing it. I tried to make due with honey mustard, since it too is a sweet and spicy sauce, but it just does not hit the same. Real shame.

The nachos were complete, but they were so much smaller than I thought. They make the thing look huge in the pictures, but in actuality it's a single personal bag of chips worth of nachos. Felt a bit disingenuous if you ask me.

Real sad with how all this turned out, but, because of the girl working there being real nice and perky, I only will take away one star. In reality, this was a 3.5 out of 5 experience for sure.“

“This is a great location, located within the Glenville Walmart and it's nice to have either at the beginning, middle or end of your trip. It's also convenient for the Walmart employees and others nearby. The service has always been quick, friendly and well handled, since I've been coming to this Subway. And the addition of an Auntie Anne's is an added bonus. I was somewhat surprised that the dining area was empty, besides one other person and myself. But then again, it was about mid morning and I'm sure not too many people think of coffee at Subway, like I happened to be today. Haha 😅 But I just ordered a simple cup of black coffee, this time and it was good, bold and got the job done. Don't let the madhouse that can be Walmart get to ya. Keep up the good work!“

“Just stopped by for lunch...The food was great, but the customer service was top notch!! They were so friendly and welcoming! I am from out of town and we chatted about that and it's always so fantastic to travel and meet locals who are so nice“

“Just went and got lunch here yesterday and today. The same super nice woman made both of my subs and they have been so damn good. Joked with her about how I’ll be food coma trying to finish this second one. She’s awesome. Couldn’t really ask for more. Solid damn sub shop. 5 stars all day. I had to come edit my review. These are the sweetest people on earth. I have an almost 100 pound dog named Tiva I bring with me when I come to get subs. They feed her, love on her and damn near want to take her home. This place and the people in it are truly amazing. No one else can make me a 5 star sub and then tackle a Cane Corso like it’s a 5 pound dog puppy. I love this sub shop!“

“I could not find an owners name or contact information for this particular Subway, however I must say that the young women who work and run that small subway need to be protected at all costs. They are the sweetest, most kind young women I’ve encountered in this tough job in a very long time. When I had my bistro I prayed for these young people. To the owner, give these four young women a raise, do not lose them and treat them right. They keep your place clean, the service is exceptional and they have true customer service. I’ve even witnessed their empathy and humanity toward a limited member of our community, they show him kindness and respect, they give him a place to rest and be treated humanely and with friendship. I’m not a huge fan of faster type foods, but I will always patronize this shop and primarily for the young women who run the shop.“

“This is a nice subway me and my friends Sue went for lunch I got the meatball sub which they loaded up with cheese parmesan mozzarella They toasted it very nicely They have a soda machine which gave us free water cuz I don't drink soda. The service was fast the service was friendly and I would recommend the subway.“

“Of all the subways around here.. I don't know if it's the team or what, but the sandwiches just hit different here, in a good way! The service is fantastic, and the crew members always seem to be chipper. And they always seem to make the sandwiches just right! They toast them to perfection, too! It's such a cozy little subway. 10/10 highly recommend!!“

“Very good food, service fine, but when you order online they ask for the name for each sandwich. But they don’t put the name on the individual packages so you have to take them apart to see who’s sandwich is who’s. Beyond annoying.“
