He went unresponsive and a skinny brunette lady who works there runs over and performs CPR saving his life! Truly an amazing worker who is a hero. “Subway located in the Schagticoke shopping mall, provides a clean, well maintained, supplier of healthy diet choices at a reasonable cost.During a medical emergency on my part, they became more than a bystander and actively tried to address my needs with comfort, care and bags of ice to stem the flow of blood onto their floor and table area. Surely this shows a vital part of our society that only can help improve the common onlooker response. Great people making their way into our lives are welcome.“

“Meatball sub was satisfying. Loved the roll-it was hearty and didn't melt in your hand while you eat (like some other sub shops). Meatballs were plentiful, soft, and flavorful. Good melted cheese. Just enough sauce. Fair price. Hope to try some other selections in the future.“

“I will stop in occasionally at this store and some other subways. As well as a couple other sub sandwich stores. I get a veggie and cheese. It is ok. Comparing the same sub at the 2 other sub places i go to. I have to say, subway comes in third. This is my opinion and I do not get any other kind. That is why I gave it 4 stars. If the others looked like what you see in advertising, I am sure they are very good . Subway is ok for a quick stop sandwich when needed.“

“Lol, Jimmy John's its my fav sandwich chain, honestly the regular Pepe is the best option that they have. Because we don't have any close to us we stopped by without knowing that this location was on the University RPI, lol. So we had to get inside there to order our sandwiches. There were no line or wait and the lady serving there was really friendly.

“The 2 young ladies working at this location on 7/20 deserve to be recognized and commended for their courtesy and service. I'm a recently displaced vet and completely unfamiliar with this area. So that is to say, their friendly attitudes and courtesy were exemplary - in a time where that's rare in most American retail operations anymore - and made the experience even more pleasant than the food. Which was also a nice surprise, and well prepared. I can recommend this place as long as these two are running it.“

“I have gone there a few times recently. I love their buffalo chicken sandwiches, I order them every time I go there. I always ask for no cheese with hidden valley ranch instead of blue cheese sauce. One of them added cheese on my sandwich by mistake once, but I still ate it anyways because I was too hungry to care. Anyways, the employees are nice when you are nice to them.“

“I was at this restaurant on July 4th 2025 during the Pure Worship convention of Jehovah’s Witness’s at the nearby MVP arena at noon this day. I do not know her name she was a middle aged woman with brown hair up in a pony, who is the fastest restaurant server and food prep person I have ever witnessed. She made sandwiches at the speed of light all by herself was attentive and polite patient and kind. She did not get flustered whatsoever even though the line was endless. This woman deserves a raise for what she did all by herself on a national holiday and a convention that breaks for lunch. I am very appreciative of her and it was a privilege to observe her in action this day.—Thank You“

“I gave this place three stars because I normally don't go into the convenience store but I frequently visit the liquor store which is located next door there's an older gentleman that has been working at the store for years and years and years he is very nice he greets me every time I go in there we have good conversation he is very pleasant when I don't see him I get worried about him but other than that the liquor store friendly atmosphere but the convenience store depending on who's behind the counter that's up for grass because I have dealt with an unprofessional employee at the convenience store so I choose not to go to the convenience store anymore“

“BEST SUBWAY IN THE U.S.'ve never met a subway owner who cares so much about their business. Everything is so clean. The food is always timely and exactly as you want it. The staff, especially the owner, are very, very kind. I've never had anything but amazing interactions with this subway.“

“My son picked Jersey Mike's for lunch today (2/19) , I hadn't been to this location since we are new to the area but the one near our old house didn't have the friendliest staff. We walked in and there were 3 young men working, I wouldn't be surprised if at least two of them were still in high school. My son likes to order himself, but it takes time and patience, so I immediately jumped to conclusions and assumed these young men were probably not going to be very patient with my son - I was so wrong! They were so patient and helpful in helping him get his order just right and they never made us feel rushed despite doing to-go orders at the same time. I just wanted to let them know thank you and they did a great job! The seating area was clean, it could have used a wipe down around the soda fountain, but it was busy lunch time and wasn't terrible. They are doing a great job.“

The staff at this location are so friendly and recognize me by face or know me by name which is really comforting, especially at a franchise. “The subway in Wynantskill is owned by a gentleman named Dave. Dave recently had this subway remodeled, and holy cow does it look amazing! Finally, the appearance matches the personalities of the employees. This subway has been a reliable source of lunch for me for about 4 years. During this time, I've gotten to know several employees there, and the owner. Dave is an incredibly kind owner and cares about his consumers. The sandwiches are always made neatly and well organized. You never have to worry about them falling apart. All the wmployees are hard workers. They keep the place clean, assemble great sandwiches, and keep fantastic conversation, which allows for a friendly environment. I can't say enough about the quality of this subway!“

“I eat at the Subway on 77 Vandenburgh Ave in Troy nearly every day (usually around 5 PM) and the staff is consistently awesome — friendly, quick, and my order is always right. I went to another Subway in Watervliet one day and it was terrible, which really made me appreciate how well this Troy location is run. Hope the manager/owner recognizes the evening crew — they do a great job.“
