Went here on 05/03/23 at 7:20pm and found out the door was locked. I tried pulling on it twice and the employee behind the counter looked over but didn't do anything. Looked on the door and saw that the time stated 8:00pm. As soon as we got back into the car and started pulling away, he came over to unlock the door. We decided to go to a different subway anyway.
I am a stickler for nice good customer service. This Subway location went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. We needed 3 Sandwich platters by noon and I was ordering at 10am. He not only took my order over the phone in the most friendly manner (even with the short notice) They usually ask for 24 hour notice to make sure they have enough bread for the day but he was not mad or upset or made me feel bad about ordering on such short notice. Placed an online order through Subway's app. When I showed up, they told me they weren't making anymore orders, despite the order being placed over an hour before their listed closing, and that I would need to contact corporate for a refund because they cannot do it in store. A waste of time.
