This store made their dining area festive. Christmas decorations on the tables some tables had tablecloths on them.
There were 2 young girls working and it appeared as though it was painful for them to greet us, neither one smiled during our interaction, we were tempted to just leave without the subs, but didn't. They need to teach those girls about being in customer service, if you've got issues, leave them at the door, or stay home! Your customers don't want your attitude!
I'm not going to rate this with stars right now. Normally this store is nice. I went in at 8:15pm on 6/26 to get food. The girl was obviously pissed customers walked in. You can tell she was trying to clean to close down. Rudely asked what I wanted. Slammed the bread down on to the counter. Wanted a steak sandwich not toasted. She put the meat on the bread without heating it and put cheese on it. When I asked if she was going to heat the steak she toasted the entire sandwich....read full review
