Messed my order up, gave me small portions. Probably won’t be going to Chipotle for a while. Hate to say Chipotles service is on a decline
Consistently gross. Garbage everywhere and surfaces are sticky. Usually out of things like fajita vegetables.
Traveling through the area and stopped at this Chipotle for dinner. It took about 4-5 minutes per person to go through the line. They were out of fajita veggies. They were also out of shredded cheese and said we would have to wait for them to prepare it if we wanted. I asked if I could have some queso since there was no cheese and they said they would charge me for it. Eventually some cheese was shredded and I got a small cup of it.

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers great entrees, with the AL Pastor chicken bowl being a popular choice. The staff is friendly and often doing their best, although the restaurant needs better management. The dining area has been described as very dirty, especially after lunch or during busy times, and it requires an upgrade. There have been issues with running out of utensils and stock, particularly with items like white rice and sofritas, which can detract from the experience. Some customers have reported receiving less food than expected, such as when ordering double honey chicken. Despite these challenges, the food remains consistently good, and many customers still enjoy visiting Chipotle for the tasty food.
