The place is always a filthy mess. They are busy today and the food is incredibly inconsistent. Barely anything in the tacos. Burrito is just tasteless and they don’t even have the hot sauce they normally do to give it some flavor. They need to get some people in here that care. I am really grossed out with this place.

I got the AL Pastor chicken bowl. The food was great. The servers were good and cordial. The floor was filthy, and they were running out of utensils. This was after lunch. However, this is the 2nd time the floor was yucky. It also was raining that day.

placed a web order and our son went to pick it up. it was not ready when it said it would be and we attempted to call the store. the auto phone attendant made it near impossible to speak with anyone. once we "broke through" that blockade, no one picked up at the restaurant. repeated this 2 more times for a total of 3 attempts and unable to speak with anyone. if i could give zero stars i would. you have to answer your phone. customer service 101 here folks. You suck. With Chic Fil A in the same plaza, never ordering from here again. You lost a lifetime customer today. Nice work folks!

Poor attitude, barely made eye contact with me while taking my order, and crush the lid on my to go container which ended up spilling all over the inside of the bag.
The food was very good but the service was horrible! The attendant who placed my food was terrible and rude. Next time I will look for the restaurant at another address.
