“This is specific to the Rotterdam location on Campbell only!!! The manager, Chris has been there every time we have visited and he is ALWAYS beyond friendly. He greets us, has phenomenal energy, has been seen multiple times supporting his staff and recognizing their hard work, steps up to make sure everything is done with efficiency and quality. He is one of the best restaurant managers ( both fast food and sit down) that I have ever had encounters with and we will specifically drive out of our way to go to this location just because of him and how well he trains his staff. The quality of their subs is ALWAYS above expectations and they are always clean, and quick. I’ve been to many many locations and this one is absolutely above the rest“

“My only 2 complaints are the roast beef did not look fresh, it was dark and dry looking. My second complaint is why is the credit card machine asking for tips? Lowest tip option was 15%. Or skip. Btw subway didn't anyone ever tell you it's rude to ask for a tip? Especially when yes your employee made me a sandwhich but he didn't bring it to my table.“

“Let me start by saying the only reason that I gave five stars across the board is because of one of the workers there who always makes my experience awesome when I had dreaded ever having to get a sandwich here before. I’ve learned that you can’t really come there after dinner time because the staff in the evening and at night is not only rude but severely disrespectful and should not be working in Customer Service. If I stopped there, and I don’t see Danielle working, I turn right around and decide on something else to eat because it’s not even worth being made to feel like crap about ordering a sandwich. I could only imagine the amount of money that they have lost as a business, simply from be completely awful and virtually nonexistent, Customer Service skills of the longer-term employees. Off the negative though Danielle has seriously made it an enjoyable experience coming there where I feel welcomed and like my food is made with love. She is truly a sandwich artist, and I can surely count on a well constructed and delicious sandwich (Any other time it’s got nothing on it and anything that is on it is falling off before it makes it in my mouth sadly). I hope they appreciate the Good they have and they need to purge the bad and negative if they want to stop losing money!!!!! “Just went and got lunch here yesterday and today. The same super nice woman made both of my subs and they have been so damn good. Joked with her about how I’ll be food coma trying to finish this second one. She’s awesome. Couldn’t really ask for more. Solid damn sub shop. 5 stars all day. I had to come edit my review. These are the sweetest people on earth. I have an almost 100 pound dog named Tiva I bring with me when I come to get subs. They feed her, love on her and damn near want to take her home. This place and the people in it are truly amazing. No one else can make me a 5 star sub and then tackle a Cane Corso like it’s a 5 pound dog puppy. I love this sub shop!“

“Being soy free, due to an allergy, it's hard to find options when dining out. Jimmy John's has several options I can eat (the unwich is awesome) and they are super fast when you need dinner in a hurry!“

“Really good experience from this Mr. Subb. The customer service from the laddies that helped me was good! They were friendly and asked questions about my order. The sub I received was also very good. I can tell that prep is being done regularly, and that everything is fresh. Tots are always a great add on, and is one of the reasons I prefer Mr.Subb over subway or other restaurant shops. Soda was good, and the machine looked cleaned. The only issue I had during this visit was the cleanliness of the ceilings, specifically over the food area. Guys this needs to be fixed asap you have dust and debris hanging from the vents and panels. A food safety inspection would mark this as a critical. It would only take 30 mins to correct this. GM if you are reading this please make this correction. It would be nice to see improvements next time I return. Thank you staff! I enjoyed my lunch.“

“Great experience with this company and location! I booked a lunch very last minute (same day as the order) Not only did they make a great meal for the office but they delivered it for me when I got stuck in a procedure in a different town. Special shout out to the manager for helping me and to the employee who delievered the food to the office. I would recommend to anyone who is in need of catering.“

“I could not find an owners name or contact information for this particular Subway, however I must say that the young women who work and run that small subway need to be protected at all costs. They are the sweetest, most kind young women I’ve encountered in this tough job in a very long time. When I had my bistro I prayed for these young people. To the owner, give these four young women a raise, do not lose them and treat them right. They keep your place clean, the service is exceptional and they have true customer service. I’ve even witnessed their empathy and humanity toward a limited member of our community, they show him kindness and respect, they give him a place to rest and be treated humanely and with friendship. I’m not a huge fan of faster type foods, but I will always patronize this shop and primarily for the young women who run the shop.“

“This is a nice subway me and my friends Sue went for lunch I got the meatball sub which they loaded up with cheese parmesan mozzarella They toasted it very nicely They have a soda machine which gave us free water cuz I don't drink soda. “My first time being let down by Subway.

Been looking forward to trying the hot honey chicken sandwich and footlong nachos for a full week, and after two prior weeks of disappointing Friday meals I felt Subway was a safe bet. Turns out, even the most consistent chains can have a weakest link.

As stated previously, I ordered the footlong steak nachos and a hot honey chicken sandwich. Coming to a a little over $21 before tip.

Sadly I was informed at the beginning of my order that they were out of the hot honey, which, was pretty disappointing. The one key ingredient to making a hot honey chicken sandwich, and they are missing it. I tried to make due with honey mustard, since it too is a sweet and spicy sauce, but it just does not hit the same. Real shame.

The nachos were complete, but they were so much smaller than I thought. They make the thing look huge in the pictures, but in actuality it's a single personal bag of chips worth of nachos. Felt a bit disingenuous if you ask me.

Real sad with how all this turned out, but, because of the girl working there being real nice and perky, I only will take away one star. In reality, this was a 3.5 out of 5 experience for sure.“
