Pretty fair cheesesteak sandwich if you keep your expectations in check. More of a steak-umm than actual sliced ribeyes. Fries are decent too. Didn't have iced tea even though it's on the menu board so I went with diet coke. It'll do for a food choice in a mall food court.
I absolutely adore everyone who works there. I work in the mall and I can honestly say that if anyone says they're rude... they're lying. If anyone said they're slow...they were probably busy. And if anyone said they messed up their order...the customer probably wasn't specific enough. The menu is straight forward enough for the average person.

Surprisingly decent cheesesteak for the mall food court. I got the Old School which is your typical Philly cheesesteak; wiz wit. The steak was sliced thin but left whole. Good flavor with a little sear from the grill. The rolls are soft but not too far off from authentic. The fries are awful; thick, soft, and unsalted. You might as well eat a baked potato. The lemonade was ok; a little sweet for my taste. Cheesesteak: 4. Fries: 1. Lemonade: 3. So overall they get a 3 from me.
