The kids had so much fun but they do wish it was a little longer and wish they had more of a variety of prizes! The staff was very nice and came and helped right away and helped my toddler get the prize he wanted! His name was Stan.. I do think it’s a bit pricey. $20 a ride is a bit much but my kids loved the experience!

Dave & Buster's Albany features a lively arcade atmosphere with a bar and food area. The service is friendly, supported by a helpful management team that ensures customers are well taken care of. The menu offers a variety of options, and the food is generally great and reasonably priced. While some arcade games can be pricey, kids enjoy themselves, although there are mentions of small kids' portions. Customers have reported being seated quickly and receiving timely service from the staff. Celebrations, such as birthdays, can be enjoyable here, with many guests expressing their intention to return. Recently, the rearrangement of games has made the space feel more organized and larger. Although there have been concerns with specific dishes, like feeling unwell after eating shrimp pasta, most visitors find the food, including the wings and fries, to be satisfactory. Overall, the environment reflects what one would expect from a Dave & Buster's, making it a great location for fun and food, especially for special occasions.
