To reply to D+B: The ones I'm used to aren't overly loud, dark arcades. The one I went to in PA had an actual sit down restaurant with pool table and bar. Attached was another room with indoor bowling, another large room with a fully lit arcade. You could actually hear your friends talk. There was real food, not Chuck e. Cheese type fare.

It took over an hour for my grandkids to get their food. Then they didn’t even have my granddaughters french fries. That’s all she wanted was french fries, and she had to sit here while the rest of us ate. It took forever. What did they have to do grow the potatoes first? The wings were tasty but they sure weren’t hot. They were spicy but not hot. I had ordered the Nashville hot. I expected hot. And the celery sticks were so tiny why even bother giving me celery sticks? Never again.

We had the best time here. "E" was the best server I have ever had. She deserves a raise. We had never been there before and she answered all of our awkward questions perfectly. We were able to leave our belongings at our table and she kept an eye on everything. We will be returning. Thank you "E"!!!!

First time ever at a Dave & Busters. Horrible service. Son was done eating before I ever got my food. Had to send mine back because it was cold. Decided to just not eat so my kid could go play games with missing balls and error codes. I will never return.
Well, I haven't even gotten my food yet OR made it to the arcade section. My husband, our 2 kids and myself stopped in here to have a fun family meal and some games after shopping.My youngest son's food came out 20 minutes ago (part of it) and they delivered the other part of it just a few minutes ago.So he was the only one with food eating.Then brought out my other son's food.Meanwhile my husband and I have been waiting 30 minutes and our children are done eating and we have no food. We ordered a burger and fries and fish and chips.We now can't eat together as a family and our children get to set bored once we finally get our food so we can actually eat. The service is absolutely atrocious. The serves excuse was because my son ordered "easy side type food" so that's why they brought his out first.Nah. Awful service.Unfortunately I can't wait to get out of here and won't be back. A fun family night has turned into a dreadful time.

Slow service, plus we saw our waiter be reprimanded, and when he served us, he was emotional about his reprimand still. He was a good server to us. No complaints with anything our waiter did.

The food was not very good. Burgers, very dry, garlic parm wing had no flavor at all tasted like a plain piece of chicken. You think for 300.00 bill the food would be alot better. Server was so so .
