The food tastes good. Whenever I go to Crossgates Mall with my daughter, we always feel like getting Cinnabon. Unfortunately, the service is not very good. The staff are not very polite or friendly and often seem like they just want to rush customers. As you can see in the photo, the items were dropped in the box and handed to us without being organized properly. This is something they really need to improve.
