I have to say I’m a little disappointed in my visit to the Cinnabon in Crossgates mall. I’ve grew up loving being able to go to the local mall after Christmas especially because it meant we got to enjoy a fresh Cinnabon roll. This particular location during this particular visited was pretty subpar. The gentleman at the counter was friendly however the mini Cinnabons I received were extremely hard, not fresh at all… not even close. Was charged extra for a little container of frosting that I didn’t ask for (did not notice until later when I looked at the receipt). I will say the lemonade was very refreshing and tasted very fresh… that was about the only thing that was worth the $ on this trip.

Stuck on there phones, Very rude, Not speaking or smiling. Miserable mood. Old and I mean old crusty food. Did not heat up the cinnamon rolls.Disgusting I spend 10$ & put it all in the trash.Didn’t even say have a nice day ?Negative 10 stars I will never ever spend my money here again. The other one & the company in Springfield mall always fresh, they give you an extra bag if you get more then 3. The New York poor poor poor just give up & stopping working if you don’t want to deliver proper food.Again Disgusting ?

I do door dash and i went there today to pick up my customers food today. The guy working there is absolutely a joke. He didn't do my orders until I arrived and he was on the phone asking someone how to make the drinks since he doesn't know anything and he messed up the orders giving the wrong items. He work really really slow and he doesn't care about customers time and I suggest everyone not to go there. I will never ever pick up food or go to that shop again.

I have not been to a cinnabon since probably 2002 or so when I was in the service in Okinawa, but they are just as good 20 years later!! I highly recommend the cookie cinnabon bites! That might not be the exact title but that's enough to help locate them, lol

I just finished watching Better Call Saul and realized that I have never had a Cinnabon! Lucky for me, I live in Guilderland and could get one at Crossgates Mall. The store was very clean, well stocked, and organized. The man who waited on me was delightful! The Cinnabon was fresh from the oven and everything that I was hoping it would be! So many delicious layers….heavenly cinnamon essences…. and cream cheese frosting!

This location is a joke. The employees are rude and have no problem letting everyone know they don't want to be there. On several occasions I've placed orders through their website only to have; 1. The order cancelled without a valid explanation. The default response is that they were out of the items but when I drive over myself that was a lie. 2. Orders cancelled completely after calling to say that some items were available and they could have those delivered but would credit the other items. So like a dummy I waited for my modified order, just to look at the app and see that the store cancelled the order entirely. A heads up would have been nice. 3. Orders placed earlier in the day and then receive a call from the store saying they were closing soon and couldn't complete it. Again, I drove over and lo and behold... the location was indeed still open. They don't care about customers or making $ so don't bother trying to give them your business. I wonder what will take their place when they eventually shut down.

I usually love Cinnabon and really look forward to them as an amazing treat. The 6 pack I purchase today however were definitely not fresh. I almost immediately noticed the off yellow color of the frosting once I got home, and once I heated and tried to eat one I'm positive these weren't fresh. They tasted days old. For $16 I expect fresh, not your leftovers from the day before?

Menu price for additional toppings were confusing ($1.18 for pecans and caramel toppings, not $.59 as sign indicates). But tasty and sweet as usual. Not recommended for those on a diet nor diabetics!
