For this particular location, you have very little choice as to what you can have to eat. Either you can choose Subway for sandwiches, or nothing!!! The Dunkin place stops serving breakfast food at EXACTLY 8:30 pm, and tosses all of the breakfast items and such JUST before you get there wanting some breakfast for dinner!!! I came here because there was a sign saying, “Back in 30 minutes.” I waited the full 30 minutes, but the two employees were just sitting in the customer area the whole time and weren’t doing anything. Meanwhile, I was left waiting. This was very unprofessional and a complete waste of my time.
Mr. Nate was very mean to me. He was more than rude. His customer service skills were absolutely horrendous to me. I hope he gets talked to about how to treat other people. He claims he is the assistant manager but I am clueless about how he even got into that position. He needs help on how to control his anger and on how to be nice towards the customer. The whole time he was being mean to me, I just ignored him and decided to write a review.
