McDonald's is a popular fast-food chain that serves a variety of menu items, including the iconic Big Mac. While the food is generally good and hot, the service can be slow and inconsistent. Prices may be considered outrageous by some customers. Despite the occasional wait, some reviewers have had positive experiences, including a friendly staff member who apologized for the delay.
