Good service. Staff is nice but TABLES ARE ALWAYS DIRTY.
The Matcha is great- hot or iced. It's not too sweet. Better than the competition, because its not overly sweet. The competition adds too much sweetner for adult tastes.
A+ for the glenville store. It was later in the afternoon and I wanted to get a iced latte. They were still very busy at that time but I was patient and they were very nice and respectful. They told me they would have it for ready for me in a moment and even ended up giving me an extra donut. Manager was very nice. This is the way customers should be treated
