They told me they would have it for ready for me in a moment and even ended up giving me an extra donut. Manager was very nice. This is the way customers should be treated“

“We really enjoyed this restaurant. The fact we can substitute any meat with Portobello mushrooms opened up the menu for me. The staff was fun and energetic, and the ambiance was eclectic and playful. We enjoyed looking at all of the decor. The menu items have fun names. We both got the bluffin with my muffin, mine with mushroom and his as on the menu. That raspberry chipotle sauce really slaps! They have what looks like the original bar (very old building in Schenectady) and they serve alcohol.“

“I went to The Scene this morning with my daughter in law and two granddaughters It’s a very charming place with cute decor. The service was excellent. My DIL and one of my granddaughters ordered from the lunch menu — a delicious panino and a yummy wrap. My other granddaughter ordered the Nutella Waffle. It was amazing. Alas, I ordered the avocado toast and it was very disappointing. It was very skimpy — very little avocado on one slice of bread. No poached eggs or burratta on the side. No fresh fruit. Very boring. Just seemed like an afterthought. I’ll be returning but will never order the avocado toast again.“

“Absolutely delicious. I've only had boba once before (at a different location) and it was so...bland? I didn't like it. I tried this place out on a whim with my friends and I was shocked! It knocked it out of the park in regards to taste. I got a milk tea with boba but it was so delicious that I'm still thinking about it! If you want boba go here. If you're nearby, get boba! I cannot hype this place up enough“

I just wanted to say that the employees that work here are compassionate & friendly. The place is so clean and well-kept. The girl who answered the headset and the man at the window were both soooo very sweet and inviting. “I order almost all my teas from Whistling Kettle. Since I discovered them, I have turned into an addict for their Autumn Haze and Lemon Almond Panna Cotta teas. I have always been pretty selective about the teas I drink and this company goes above and beyond with their blends and choices. Their packaging and shipping is also first class! Please make one more batch of Autumn Haze this season so I can buy you out till next year's.“

“I waited in line for only about three minutes and the person who took my order was extremely friendly and helpful when I asked about what sugar-free flavors they had. Once I had ordered my drink, I only waited a few minutes for my drink to come out. The whole experience is insanely positive. “This is a really cool coffee shop, and their prices are great too!! I absolutely love their coffee and bagels, and I really love their soup. Their lattes are so amazing. And they get almond milk to foam a lot too. Most places can't do that. I try their special and seasonal lattes a lot, but lately I've been going a lot, so I got tired of the same amazing latte, so I tried the caramel latte, and Oh, THAT WAS GOOD. I've had a caramel latte before, but that one was SO good. I definitely recommend it. They do have a ton of options, I like to get the cinnamon raisin bagel with PB and J. It is really good. They have super good cream cheese here too. I definitely recommend that too. And the bagel sandwiches? 😋😋. I recommend getting the Mediterranean sandwich. I really love this place and hope you do too!!!“

“i am a customer at this location, and i came to see the reviews after there was a situation regarding cup writing (which is the new starbs policy) and another customer believed one of the workers wrote a rude message on the cup. due to the new policy, these workers have to work under pressure, which more or less will bring mistakes. they are rushing and messages tend to be misread. not only was the customer rude, but they didn't even want to hear an explanation! and may i also add that they were super busy? they are super nice, so for you to not understand that it was a mistake, you just wanted something to be mad at.“

“TBH I usually stay away from Dunkin's but I haven't been to this one until the other day. We were tight on time so tried it out and were so surprised!! It was soooo good, we were blown away. Bravo! Lattes were better than Starbucks, donuts and bagel minis were fresh and delicious. We will be back!

“I would put money on this location having the best hired Starbucks staff lineup in Albany, NY.

Everyone at this location seems to provide such quick & professional customer service if there is ever an issue at any time. Even during the busiest times in the mall (Christmas or mid weekends) or during opening & closing times.

The staff just has such a friendly demeanor and everyone (including the store manager, Dylan) is clearly working hard and cares a lot about the customers.“

“I order the same drink from every Dunkin I go to, so for me, it comes down to customer service and the friendliness of staff. This Dunkin gets quite busy, but the employees handle the rush well. You need to look over your numbers more, its business 101. Nobody should NEVER be alone at this time of day. I go to this DD every sing day at all different times and they're always busy with only one person there. That bad on the owners part. You'd probably have more business if you had more workers so things could move faster. At least add one more person.“

“Swung by Dunkin on Christmas morning because caffeine waits for no one. Ordered my usual, but it came out tasting like burnt snow tires. Politely asked them to remake it, and the reaction was… let’s just say, less than jolly.

The whole place had a certain energy like maybe not everyone was thrilled to be there. Coffee got remade, eventually, but it felt like I’d asked for something outrageous, like a sleigh ride or maybe time and a half.

Anyway, cheers to Christmas morning at Dunkin where the coffee’s burnt, the mood’s frosty, and the doors are open because, apparently, they never close. Next year, I think I’ll just head to Starbucks. At least their drama comes with a venti-sized grin.

“I absolutely love this little hidden gem! Apostrophe can be a little hard to find, as it's inside the Proctor's Theater building, but it's a must visit. The food and coffee are all local, and there's plenty of space to sit. It's also great on winter Sunday's when the farmers market is in there or on days when there's free live musical entertainment.“
