Quick no nonsense . . .
Usually no where to sit bc people using the free wifi take up all the seats and high school kids that just put their legs up on the chairs so no one else can use them.
Welp, know I understand why their rating went down. The staff seemed stressed, in return they lacked compassion towards their customers. Hopefully it turns around for this location - watt street used to be so much better.
