I've never had a problem there. The staff is always kind and respectful. The maintenance staff is doing the job every time im there.
The gentleman attempted exemplary service. However the kitchen was severely lacking. Sandwiches arrived with incorrect toppings. One order was completely omitted. All the sizes for the orders was off.
It's ok it is McDonald's they are all the same

McDonald's opens at 5:30 am and the staff are fantastic and incredibly nice. Everything is fresh, and many customers love the spot's trademark, James, who goes above and beyond. However, there have been some instances of cold food and long wait times at the drive-thru, but overall, the service is considered okay. This particular location is open late at night, making it convenient for those getting off work late. The drive-thru service and employees are great during nighttime hours, with the occasional long wait. One employee even upgraded an order for a mistake, showing great customer service. The drive-thru is always the fastest bet. Customers ordered a delicious caramel frappe served with excellent customer service. However, there is a suggestion to stop using the phrase "is that all" as it can come off as rude. The place is so disgusting, as if nothing has been repaired here for several years. Overall, this McDonald's is a reliable spot for a quick meal, especially during late-night hours.
