I loved this place for a few years and just visited yesterday. Before I would have left 4 if not 5 stars for the food, 0 for the bathrooms, and 4 for the service. I drive 70 miles from my home and in the past would have put this place as the cherry on top of a day trip.
A month ago the food (selection, preparation and presentation) seemed a bit below standard. Maybe 3 stars meaning so so on the food overall. On dishes I may have particularly enjoyed prior, they came across...read full review

My husband likes this place so we do go here maybe a couple times a month lately. The food has been good and the service has been good, but I have been there when the service has not been good where I paid by credit card and she didn’t see no tip on the credit card and she said to me no tip, which I usually always give a tip in cash. I still gave them a tip, but to tell the truth, I didn’t want to give them anything. After that statement.

United Buffet is a popular Chinese buffet restaurant in the area, known for its large selection of fresh and diverse dishes. The buffet offers a wide range of options, including roast, stuffed clams, crab rangoon, seafood salad, baked crab meat, green salad, steak bits, and artichoke salad, all of which are well-received by customers. The atmosphere is great, and the staff is kind and attentive, especially to the needs of children. Despite the restaurant's tendency to get crowded, especially on weekends, the food remains consistently hot, fresh, and delicious. There is a huge variety of dishes with something for everyone, including fresh hibachi and sushi options, all included at an incredibly low price. However, the restroom facilities are not well maintained and may be a concern for some visitors. Overall, United Buffet is a great choice and a favorite in the area.
