While passing through for a short visit to the UAlbany campus, we researched some healthy and affordable lunch options nearby. We are so glad we found Simone's! This place is so cute on the outside, and fast, affordable, and delicious on the inside! The portions were huge, the food was fresh, and the prices were competitive with chains like Chipotle or Panera. 5/5!
The owner and staff at the Coxsackie restaurant are wonderful and caring people. And very helpful to the community.

Simone's Kitchen ✨ is a fantastic restaurant with a great location. The staff is gracious, patient, and courteous, making ordering easy and enjoyable. The food is very flavorful and exceptionally fresh, with great options for everyone, including make your own bowls and delicious wraps. Chicken shawarma and hummus are highly recommended, with generous portions that are perfect for sharing. A 10/10 recommendation for this gem, perfect for families and takeout alike.
