Was first customer of the day..5:30am. Paid in cash. Staff running register dropped some of my change on the ground behind counter looked down like she was trying to find it but then just walked away to make my latte. Never said she dropped it and figure out how much change she still owed me. Latte was as ordered…happy with that anyway.
Today, me and 4 other employees showed up to this Starbucks and asked for 27 drinks in ONE order for Teacher Appreciation Week. Not only was the staff fast and professional, they were also very, very kind! The team of women who were working this morning did so fabulous and even helped us to bring the drinks to our car. The food is not starbucks' best feature. The egg white feta wrap is definitely frozen and microwaved, making parts of the wrap not edible. The espresso is the smoothest of all the chain coffee joints. It's always a delicious, delightful beverage. The service is ALWAYS GREAT.
