Convenient location.
This is one of the best Dunkins around. A few years ago I moved close to this one. Its a little farther than a few other Dunkins but its not too far and the staff here is always nice and service is usually fast.
Stopped in for coffee and doughnuts on the way to visit my girlfriend. Everything was delicious.
